    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an allele specific primer which is accompanied by less possibility of the false positive and enables definite discrimination when a base immediately adjacent to on the 3′ side of a target SNP base is A, while a base adjacent with one base spaced apart is G. According to the present invention, the 3′ end base is designed to be the base corresponding to SNP; the second base from the 3′ end to be C; the third base from the 3′ end to be any one of A, T or G; and the base sequence of from the fourth from the 3′ end to the 5′ end base to be completely complementary to the sequence of from a base three bases away from the target SNP base on the 3′ side to a desired base.

    摘要: A sensor capable of simply and quickly measuring the electrical activities of a number of cells simultaneously and a device comprising the sensor and capable of detecting the signal transmission between subject cells are provided. The sensor comprises a plurality of electrodes provided on a substrate. The electrodes individually measure a signal generated by a biological sample held by each of the electrodes. Each of the electrodes comprises a depression for holding the biological sample, a throughhole which is in communication with the depression and penetrates to a rear side of the substrate, an electrode portion, and a drawing line from the electrode portion. The electrodes are arranged so that the samples held by the depressions electrically communicate with one another.

    摘要: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell, whereby solar cells can be mass-produced by a simple process at low cost. A first conductivity-type silicon powder (11) is prepared, a silicon powder layer (11a) is formed by disposing the powder in the form of a layer, the powder layer is melted by heating the powder layer to the melting point of silicon or higher, and a first conductivity-type silicon layer (11b) is formed by cooling the melted layer. A second conductivity-type silicon powder (12) is prepared, a second conductivity-type silicon powder layer (12a) is formed by disposing the powder in the form of a layer on the first conductivity-type silicon layer (11b), the powder layer is melted by heating the powder layer to the melting point of silicon or higher, and a second conductivity-type silicon layer (12b) is formed by cooling the melted layer.

    摘要: A method for producing cAMP using a chimeric olfactory receptor. The method includes a step of preparing a reaction system comprising a first layer, a lipid bilayer membrane, and a second layer, and a step of supplying a chemical substance which stimulates the chimeric olfactory receptor to the first layer so as to produce the cAMP from ATP. The lipid bilayer membrane includes the chimeric olfactory receptor and adenylate cyclase. The chimeric olfactory receptor penetrates the lipid bilayer membrane. The second layer contains ATP and a G protein. The G protein is placed in the vicinity of one end of the chimeric olfactory receptor. The chimeric olfactory receptor is derived from a mouse olfactory receptor and the N-terminal of the chimeric olfactory receptor is modified with an amino acid sequence.
