摘要： A method for producing corrosion resistance heat exchangers having a plurality of aluminum tubular elements and fin members, the method comprising immersing the tubular elements in a bath with passing an electric current so that the surfaces thereof are covered with zinc layers of 0.3 .mu.m or more in thickness; combining the zinc plated tubular elements with fin members covered with a brazing sheet so that a core is provisionally formed; painting the provisional core with a non-corrosive flux; and placing the provisional core in a furnace to braze the fin members to the tubular elements, and also to enable the zinc layers to diffuse over the surfaces of the tubular elements.

One or more photosensors are provided on the face plate of the CRT to receive light from the image of the apparatus. When the movable element of the apparatus is moved from an original position, the output of the photosensor is changed. This, it is electrically detected whether or not the movable element exists in its given position by watching the output level of the photosensor.

摘要： A decoding apparatus having a de-ringing filter to filter image data decoded from encoded image data by orthogonal transformation encoding. In the de-ringing filter, a subtracter generates an absolute value of difference between a value of a filter object pixel and a value of at least one pixel selected from pixels surrounding the filter object pixel on the image data. A comparator compares the absolute value with a threshold. A selector outputs the value of the at least one pixel if the absolute value is less than the threshold, and outputs the value of the filter object pixel if the absolute value is not less than the threshold. A convolution operator convolutes a filter coefficient with the value output from the selector, and outputs a convolution result as a filtered value of the filter object pixel.

摘要： A defect inspection method is adapted to inspect a defect generated in a main pattern of a photomask. The main pattern includes a repetitive pattern in which unit patterns are periodically arranged. The method forms, an auxiliary pattern for inspection simultaneously with forming the main pattern. The auxiliary pattern includes a repetitive pattern having a period different from that of the main pattern. The method irradiates a light onto the auxiliary pattern at a predetermined incident angle and receives diffracted light generated by the auxiliary pattern by an observation apparatus to detect a defect of the auxiliary pattern, thereby determining the presence of a defect of the main pattern.
