摘要： An inventive switching type dc-dc converter is adapted to set a protective reference current level lower for a decreased output voltage, and stop the switching control signal supplied to a switching transistor circuit when the detected current level exceeds the protective reference current level. In addition, in case where the output voltage declines due to, for example, a circuit failure such as short-circuiting, the switching period of the switching transistor circuit is extended. Thus, the switching type dc-dc converter is provided with a fold-back current limiting type protection characteristic through reduction of the protective reference current level and extension of the switching period of cycle.

摘要： Even when a rigidity table stored in a RAM at the time of a start of a brake operation does not coincide with an actual rigidity characteristic of an electric caliper which changes according to brake conditions including how often and how long a brake operation is applied, it is possible to reduce a deviation between a pressing force instruction value and a generated pressing force by updating the characteristic of the relation between a pressing force instruction value and rotational position each time an estimated thrust force value is calculated during one brake operation. It is possible to steadily keep followability to a pressing force instruction according to an actual state of the rigidity characteristic of the electric caliper, thereby ensuring generation of an appropriate brake force.

摘要： The present invention provides an electric brake apparatus capable of maintaining predetermined control accuracy despite wear of a brake pad and other changes over time. The electric brake apparatus compares an estimated thrust force corresponding to a predetermined rotational position of an electric motor, which is calculated from an electric current/thrust force conversion function, with a reference thrust force based on a rotational position/thrust force table indicating a relationship between the rotational position of the electric motor and a thrust force of a piston to correct and update the electric current/thrust force conversion function, thereby maintaining predetermined control accuracy despite wear of the brake pad and other changes over time.

摘要： A shoe press apparatus of a paper machine for pressing wet paper through a nip includes a counter roll, and a shoe module disposed adjacent to the counter roll. The shoe module includes a cylindrical blanket, and a press mechanism disposed inside the cylindrical blanket, extending in a width direction of the cylindrical blanket and individually pressing a plurality of pressed portions formed on the cylindrical blanket along a traveling direction of the wet paper, toward an outer-surface of the counter roll so that the wet paper is pressed in the nip between the cylindrical blanket and the counter roll so that a pressure can be applied efficiently in response to a density required for paper solely by the shoe press apparatus.
