    摘要: An apparatus for cleaning and conditioning the surface of a semiconductor substrate such as wafer includes a rotatable chuck, a chamber, a rotatable tray for collecting cleaning solution with one or more drain outlets, multiple receptors for collecting multiple cleaning solutions, a first motor to drive chuck, and a second motor to drive the tray. The drain outlet in the tray can be positioned directly above its designated receptor located under the drain outlet. The cleaning solution collected by the tray can be guided into designated receptor. One characteristic of the apparatus is having a robust and precisely controlled cleaning solution recycle with minimum cross contamination.

    摘要: A method and a device for customizing a mail history are provided. A method in accordance with an embodiment includes: generating a mail tree composed of all received mails belonging to a same topic; receiving a user input indicating a mail to be replied to and a mail to be referred to which are selected by the user, the mail to be replied to and the mail to be referred to being located on different branches of the mail tree; acquiring a first plurality of mails on a first path from a root mail of the mail tree to a child mail of the mail to be replied to, and a second plurality of mails on a second path from the root mail to a child mail of the mail to be referred to; and merging the first plurality of mails and the second plurality of mails to generate a merging result as the mail history. With the method and the device, when replying to a current mail, a user can conveniently refer to a mail on a different branch of a same mail tree or on a different mail tree, thereby improving the efficiency of a mail system.

    摘要: Instant messaging communications are controlled using themes. A theme is a definition of properties and features of a specific instance of an instant messaging communications environment. Themes are stored at a server computer and may be requested by users of a client computer. Themes may be made available to users based on enterprise policies established by the owner of the server computer. Once downloaded to the client computer, a theme may be personalized by the user of the client computer provided personalization is consistent with the enterprise policy. Inheritance techniques may be used to provide personalized themes that remain consistent with enterprise policy while extending functions not defined in the enterprise policy. A user may select different themes manually. Alternatively, theme selection may be automated based on system detection of events such as time of day, user location, availability of network connections and the like. Changes in a downloaded theme may be returned to and stored by the server for future use by the user of the client computer.
