摘要: A process for producing a solar cell module is characterized in that a grid electrode is formed having a coating comprising an epoxy resin of 20 g/m.sup.2 .multidot.day.multidot.0.1 mm/40.degree. C..multidot.90%RH or less in moisture permeability which is disposed so as to cover the entire exposed exterior of said grid electrode. The solar cell module is free of short-circuits between the grid electrode and the lower electrode even upon repeated use under severe environmental conditions of high temperature and high humidity, and continuously exhibits a desirable photoelectric conversion efficiency over a long period of time.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide imaging method of separation of water and fat in MRI wherein separation error due to unevenness of the magnetic field or the like is removed and the quantitativeness exists. The invention is characterized in that S.sub.o scan with phases of magnetization vectors of water and fat being coincident at the spin echo signal receiving state, S.sub.1 scan with phases of the magnetization vectors being different by 180.degree., and S.sub.2 scan with phases of the magnetization vectors being different by 90.degree. are performed, and quantitative difference of water and fat is calculated from the image data of the S.sub.1 scan and the S.sub.2 scan and a separation image of water and fat is obtained from the absolute value image of the S.sub.o scan and the S.sub.1 scan. According to the invention, since the absolute value images of the S.sub.o scan and the S.sub.1 scan are used, separation error due to phase deviation caused by unevenness of the magnetic field or the like is not produced. Moreover, the phase term due to uneveness of the magnetic field is removed from the image data of the S.sub.o scan and the S.sub.1 scan, and the quantitative difference of water and fat can be calculated and the water and fat componenets can be identified for the separation images estimated from the absolute value data.

摘要: To provide a vehicle control apparatus which can suppress a shock in a clutch from being generated at a time of starting an engine by a motor in a vehicle having the clutch provided therein between the engine and the motor, thereby improving a drivability of the vehicle. Provided is a vehicle control apparatus, comprising: an engine, a motor generator connected to vehicle wheels of a vehicle, and a clutch that switches a transmission state between a disengaging state and an engaging state, in which the vehicle control apparatus switches the clutch in the engaging state to start the engine by the motor generator. When the engine is started by the motor generator, the vehicle control apparatus constantly keeps the compensation torque of the motor generator smaller than the clutch torque of the clutch.

摘要: A vehicle control device includes: an engine and a first motor generator from both of which a driving force for traveling is output to drive wheels; and an electricity storage device that storages electric power for driving the first motor generator. When a vehicle weight is in a reference state at a time of deceleration braking, the first motor generator is mainly caused, out of the first motor generator and the engine, to generate a braking force, and when the vehicle weight is greater than that in the reference state, the engine is mainly caused, out of the first motor generator and the engine, to generate the braking force. Thus, a sufficient braking force can be obtained while an input limit of the electricity storage device is prevented from being reached.
