摘要: An eyeglass device for assisting in viewing a video to be stereoscopically perceived includes an optical filter portion with left and right filters for adjusting light amount to be transmitted to left and right eyes, respectively and a controller for controlling adjustment operation of the light amount by the optical filter portion, wherein the controller switches a control mode of the optical filter portion between a first control mode of controlling the optical filter portion so that the adjustment operation becomes synchronized with display of a frame image of the video and a second control mode of controlling the optical filter so that that the adjustment operation becomes slower than a frame rate of the video to make a viewer perceive the adjustment operation which is asynchronous with the display of the frame image.

摘要: An image display method can make the total time of light emission longer per display line. This method is an image display method used in an image display apparatus that repeats displaying images for a left eye and for a right eye alternately that form a stereoscopic image, on a screen including a plurality of display lines, and includes: a shield switching starting step (t1) of starting switching a shielding state of an eyewear; a write-scan starting step (210) of starting sequentially writing display data of the images in a plurality of display lines; and a light emission starting step (220) of starting continuous light emission from the plurality of display lines, based on the display data, and the write-scan starting step starts writing the display data, in a period (Sc) in which the shielding state is switched; the light emission starting step does not allow a plurality of display lines to continue light emission in the period (Sc) in which the shielding state is switched; and a time required for starting of continuous light emission from the plurality of display lines is shorter than a time required for write-scanning of the display data in the plurality of display lines.

摘要: This invention presents an apparatus for composing an ATM wrapper transmission block capable of handling plural pieces of program information transmitted in SDTI or IP packet commonly by a low overhead. Since the ATM wrapper transmission block conforms to both AAL1 system and AAL5 system, sequential connection is possible by changing over the AAL1 transmission and AAL5 transmission in the ATM wrapper layer. Further, by the AAL5 system, live transmission output of minimum transmission delay, and contribution output free from error can be issued at the same time, and therefore the error is corrected by referring to the reception data in the former, and the error is corrected by re-sending the error position data in the latter.

摘要: A controller issues a command to an HDD interface to transfer AV data stored in HDDs to a memory. The HDD interface, in compliance with the command, transfers the AV data stored in the HDDs to a memory mapped on a bus. A memory controller reads the AV data out of the bus, and writes the AV data into the memory. The controller outputs the address of the AV data to be outputted to the memory controller. The memory controller reads out the AV data of the designated address, and outputs them to an AV data output interface. And the AV data output interface outputs the AV data. The controller issues a command to the HDD interface memory to record the AV data stored in the memory into the HDDs. The HDD interface, in compliance with the command, reads the data out of a memory mapped on the bus, and stores them in the HDDs. The memory controller reads the AV data out of the memory, and outputs them to the bus. At the same time, the controller designates to the memory controller the address in the memory into which the AV data inputted from the AV data input interface are to be written. The memory controller reads the AV data out of the AV data input interface, and writes them into the designated memory. By accomplishing this series of actions in synchronism with the frame period, AV data are stored in the HDDs, and also AV data stored in the HDDs are outputted.

摘要: A position control system is disclosed for positioning a stepping motor to a target position according to a closed loop control system. The closed loop control system controls the position of the stepping motor according to a current position signal outputted from an encoder operatively coupled to the stepping motor. Furthermore, circuitry is provided for correcting electrically a torque angle error of the stepping motor caused by a positional error between the stepping motor and the encoder due to a mechanical mounting error of the encoder, to thereby drive the stepping motor at a torque angle maintained at the most desirable range.

摘要: A data transducer position control system for data disk storage drive system involves an electronically and mechanically improved method and apparatus for position control of the data transducer adapted to write and/or read information data in and/or from the data tracks provided on a data disk. Particularly, the system comprises a positioning device for actuating the data transducer, a position encoder for detecting the position of the data transducer, a tracking error detector for detecting the relative position of the data transducer to the selected data track, and compensating position calculator for precise tracking so that the speed-up of track access can be effected, that the accuracy in positioning can be improved, that the system itself can be compact in size and reduced in energy consumption, and that the control electronic system can also be simple in arrangement.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel camera apparatus which can be discretely split into two parts; a lens barrel unit and a lens-barrel-support unit which allows the lens barrel unit to freely turn its direction. A built-in angular rate detector detects a swinging movement of the lens barrel unit, whereas a position detector detects a position relationship between the lens barrel unit and the support unit. An operator unit storing programs controls a drive operation of an actuator that generates a specific amount of torque between the lens barrel unit and the support unit to reduce an output from a system controller unit so that swinging symptom of video picture caused by the swinging movement of the video camera can be eliminated. In addition to this primary function, the operator unit also executes its secondary function, in which the operator unit first detects intention of a camera operator by identifying a varied position relationship between the lens barrel unit and the support unit when one intentionally changes an aimed direction of the video camera and then the operator unit controls the driving of the actuator so that the lens barrel unit can correctly face the aimed direction.
