摘要: A display device includes: a driver including: a scanning line driver; and a signal line driver, in the pixels, a quenched state sequentially starts, for each row, in the rows of the pixels, based on the first pulse of the scanning signal that is input through the scanning line, and light-emission data from the signal line is written on the row of the pixels, based on the second pulse of the scanning signal, the driver supplies the scanning signal and the image signal to the scanning line and the signal line, respectively, such that writing the light-emission data on a first row of the pixels starts before a start of the quenched state in a last row of the pixels, and such that writing the light-emission data on the last row of the pixels ends after a start of a light-emission state in the first row of the pixels starts.

摘要: Provided are a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor having a reduced leakage current and a method for manufacturing the tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor. A dielectric layer of the solid electrolytic capacitor includes a first dielectric layer in contact with an anode and a second dielectric layer covering the first dielectric layer and making contact with an electrolyte layer. The first dielectric layer is made of an oxide of the anode, the oxide consisting essentially of an amorphous component. The second dielectric layer is formed of dielectric particles having a higher dielectric constant than the first dielectric layer. The dielectric particles includes first dielectric particles in contact with the first dielectric layer and second dielectric particles out of contact with the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric particles have a smaller average particle diameter than the second dielectric particles.

摘要: Test signals are recorded on a prescribed area in an optical disc. The prescribed area is scanned by a laser beam while the power of the laser beam is changed among different DC erasing values. The different DC erasing values are assigned to the recorded test signals, respectively. The recorded test signals are reproduced from the prescribed area to obtain reproduced signals. Parameter values of the respective reproduced signals are detected. The detected parameter values correspond to the different DC erasing values, respectively. Among the detected parameter values, a detected parameter value is decided which matches a target. One corresponding to the decided parameter value is selected from the different DC erasing values. A prescribed coefficient and the selected DC erasing value are multiplied to calculate an optimum level of an erasing power of the laser beam.
