    摘要: To provide a marker for determining sensitivity of a patient to an anti-cancer agent, and novel cancer therapeutic means employing the marker.The marker for determining sensitivity to an anti-cancer agent is formed of one or more substances selected from the group consisting of a substance or a fragment thereof detected as an anion at m/z of 149.05 to 149.06, a substance or a fragment thereof detected as an anion at m/z of 152.99 to 153.00, a substance or a fragment thereof detected as a cation at m/z of 724.34 to 724.35, the peaks being determined by means of a mass spectrometer, glycerol 3-phosphate, dihydrobiopterin, GABA, lactic acid, asparagine, aspartic acid, 2-methylbutyroylcarnitine, 1-methyladenosine, and glutathione, and a substance involved in a metabolic pathway of any of these substances.

    摘要: A rotor position sensorless multiphase motor driving device includes a rotor; a plurality of phase windings; a common terminal to which one terminal of terminals at both ends of each winding is star connected; an upper-side drive transistor and a lower-side drive transistor connected to the other terminal of the winding; a commutation control unit operable to select two terminals other than the common terminal of the windings, and to turn on the corresponding pair of upper-side drive transistor and the lower-side drive transistor; a rotor position search pulse applying unit operable to apply a search pulse to the selected two terminals; and a comparing unit operable to detect a rotor position based on a response signal generated between the terminal which was unselected and the common terminal according to the search pulse application.

    摘要: A reagent container used for automatic analysis in an automatic analyzer, which enables reagents to be set with ease and which can increase flexibility in selecting combinations of the reagents. In an automatic analyzer for analyzing components of a biological sample by using two or more kinds of reagents, reagent containers containing the two or more kinds of reagents are jointed into one reagent cassette with the aid of a recess and a projection provided in and on the reagent containers, a reagent holder, bonding, tape binding, etc. Thus, a plurality of reagents used for one analysis item are combined with each other in one cassette corresponding to one analysis item. A reagent container for use in automatic analysis, which is easy to handle and highly flexible in setting of reagents, can be provided.

    摘要: A controller for a permanent magnet synchronous motor which includes a D-axis current command section and a Q-axis current command section. The D-axis current command section increases the command value of the D-axis current so as to set a judged value to be zero by leading the current phase when the judged value is positive. In addition, the D-axis current command section decreases the command value of the D-axis current when the judged value is negative. Moreover, the D-axis current command section holds the command value of the D-axis current at a predetermined minimum value when the decreasing command value of the D-axis current becomes smaller than the predetermined minimum value. The Q-axis current command section is responsible for supplying a command value of the Q-axis current.

    摘要: An insulation-piercing connector includes a terminal block having therein a plurality of piercing terminals, and a piercing block having wire receiving apertures. When the terminal and piercing blocks are forced closer together, insulated wires of a cable received in the wire receiving apertures of the piercing block are forced into U-shaped grooves of the piercing terminals so that inner edges of the U-shaped grooves pierce into conductors of the insulated wires to electrically connect between the conductors and the piercing terminals, respectively. The piercing block is further formed at the forward ends of the wire receiving apertures with U-shaped grooves whose opposed walls form flanges which may be tapered toward each other. A distance between the opposed walls of the U-shaped grooves is less than the outer diameter of the insulated wires but more than the outer diameter of the conductors of the wires.
