    摘要: A non-step hydraulic transmission is provided which includes a hydraulic pump having a pump cylinder and a plurality of pump plungers slidably fitted into the pump cylinder. The pump plungers are arranged in a circular pattern around the axis of the pump cylinder. A hydraulic motor having a motor cylinder concentrically surrounds the pump cylinder and a plurality of motor plungers are slidably fitted into the motor cylinder. The motor plungers are arranged in a circular pattern around the axis of the motor cylinder. A hydraulic circuit hydraulically couples the pump and the motor and a distribution plate is positioned in the hydraulic circuit between the pump and the motor. The distribution plate is coupled to the motor cylinder and slidably, rotatably contacts an end surface of the pump cylinder. A pump swash plate is fixed to the motor cylinder and moves each of the pump plungers in response to the relative rotation of the motor cylinder and the pump cylinder. A casing houses the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor and a motor swash plate is mounted on the casing for moving each of the motor plungers in response to the rotation of the motor cylinder.

A method for producing an alkali silicate aqueous solution fulfilling the following condition: the existing amount of plate-like fine particles having a length of one side of 0.2 to 4.0 μm and a thickness of 1 to 100 nm is determined to be 0 to 30%. The method for producing an alkali silicate aqueous solution includes the steps of adjusting a silica concentration of an alkali silicate aqueous solution to 0.5 to 10.0% by mass and filtering the alkali silicate aqueous solution through a filter having a removal rate of particles with a primary particle size of 1.0 μm of 50% or more.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a metal catalyst containing fine metal particles, characterized in that the fine metal particles have a particle diameter of 3 nm or less and also have a proportion of metallic bond state of 40% or more, which is ascribed by subjecting to waveform separation of a binding energy peak peculiar to the metal as measured by using an X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. The fine metal particles are preferably fine platinum particles. The fine metal particles are preferably supported on the surface of carrier particles by reducing ions of metal to be deposited through the action of a reducing agent in a reaction system of a liquid phase containing the carrier particles dispersed therein, thereby to deposit the metal on the surface of carrier particles in the form of fine particles. The proportion of metallic bond state of the fine metal particles is adjusted within the above range by reducing after deposition thereby to decrease the oxidation state.

    摘要: The speed reduction ratio of a continuously variable speed transmission for transmitting engine power with continuously variable speed to drive road wheels is controlled by detecting a parameter representing a driver's intention of acceleration or deceleration, establishing a reference engine speed corresponding to the detected parameter, and controlling the speed reduction ratio so as to equalize an actual engine speed with the reference engine speed, at a predetermined time interval. When the actual engine speed is lower than the reference engine speed, a controlling ouput value for the speed reduction ratio for bringing the actual engine speed into agreement with the reference engine speed is established based on the difference between the actual engine speed and the reference engine speed, and a predicted engine speed after elapse of the predetermined time interval is calculated based on the rate of =change of the actual engine speed. When the predicted engine speed is higher than the reference engine speed, the controlling output value is corrected to lower the predicted engine speed below the reference engine speed after elapse of the predetermined time interval.
