    摘要: A solenoid valve control apparatus has a solenoid valve having first and second solenoid valves that output first and second solenoid pressures respectively, a pressure regulation valve that works with the first and second solenoid pressures being working signal pressures, and a foreign matter removal controller that removes a foreign matter that adheres to a valve open/close portion of the solenoid valve. Each of the first and second solenoid valves has a solenoid coil that drives a plunger inside the solenoid valve in accordance with an application current. The foreign matter removal controller is configured so that when applying the rectangular-wave current, which performs a reciprocating movement of the plunger and removes the foreign matter, to the solenoid coil of one solenoid valve of the first and second solenoid valves, a current application to the solenoid coil of the other solenoid valve, by which the solenoid pressure becomes a maximum pressure range, is maintained.

    摘要: There is provided a layout structure of a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of preventing the thinning of a metal wiring line close to a cell boundary and wire breakage therein without involving increases in the amount of data for OPC correction and OPC process time. In a region interposed between a power supply line and a ground line each placed to extend in a first direction, first and second cells each having a transistor and an intra-cell line each for implementing a circuit function are placed to be adjacent to each other in the first direction. In a boundary portion between the first and second cells, a metal wiring line extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction is placed so as not to short-circuit the power supply line and the ground line.

After the normal circuit 11 is set to a suspended state, a potential VDD of the power supply 100 is set to an arbitrary value, and the inverting amplifier 13a compares the value of a power supply voltage Vc with the voltage value Vc0 corresponding to the charge held in the capacitance element 15.

The method includes: (a) inserting the terminal connector into the mount hole until a portion of the terminal connector projects outwardly from the mount hole, and (b) outwardly pulling the inserted terminal connector from an outside of the transmission case to thereby mount the terminal connector to the mount portion. A structure includes: (a) a connector mounting arm of the control valve unit, and (b) the terminal connector mounted into the mount hole of the mount portion. The terminal connector includes a holder portion, which is engaged with the connector mounting arm and which is slidable relative to the connector mounting arm, upon mounting the terminal connector to the mount portion.

    摘要: Using the dope containing the following cellulose acetate (1), (2), or (3), a film is prepared by the casting process: (1) a cellulose acetate having carboxyl groups binding to at least one member selected from the group consisting of a cellulose acetate and a hemicellulose acetate, wherein at least a part of said carboxyl groups are in an acidic form; (2) a cellulose acetate containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of an acid having an acid dissociation exponent pKa of 1.93 to 4.50 in water, an alkali metal salt of said acid and an alkaline earth metal of said acid; or (3) a cellulose acetate containing an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal wherein the total content of an alkaline metal and an alkaline earth metal in 1 gram of the cellulose acetate is from an effective amount to 5.5×10−6 equivalent (in terms of ion equivalent). The above cellulose acetate is also useful for spinning process. The cellulose acetate includes a cellulose diacetate and a cellulose triacetate. The cellulose acetate of the present invention has high film-releasability from a support and excellent optical characteristics.
