Abstract:
Device-to-Device (D2D) communication methods and apparatuses are provided. In the method, a first resource set for transmitting D2D control information is determined according to a received D2D resource configuration parameter and/or stored radio resource pre-configuration information; a second resource for transmitting D2D data is determined; and D2D control information is sent in the first resource set and/or D2D data is sent in the second resource. The methods and the apparatuses address the scheduling problem existing in the direct communication of D2D UEs on the radio resource of a cellular communication system in the related art.
Abstract:
The embodiments of disclosure disclose a method and device for processing information. The method includes that: according to a predefined rule, subframes of a first serving cell are divided into multiple subframe groups; a management mode is configured for each of the subframe groups; and according to the management mode configured for each of the subframe groups, information on the first serving cell is processed. By means of the embodiments of the disclosure, a problem that some downlink subframes in a serving cell cannot be scheduled is solved, and different requirements of all subframes can be met, thereby improving a performance of a system, and ensuring an efficiency of data transmission.

The present document relates to the field of mobile communication. The technical solution according to the embodiment of the present document is applicable to a machine type communication (MTC) system, thereby solving the problem of an MTC user equipment (UE) receiving a random access response message, and achieving a receiving configuration of the random access response message in an improvement design.
Abstract:
A method for processing a random access response message, a first node and a computer storage medium are provided. The method includes the following steps that: the first node transmits a random access response message through a downlink channel; the random access response message carries random access response information aiming at a second node.
Abstract:
A processing method and device for reducing uplink power, UE and an Evolved eNodeB are provided. The uplink power reduction processing method is applied to a scenario where a plurality of Uplink Control Information (UCI) are transmitted on different uplink Component Carriers (CCs) of the same subframe, and the method includes: it is determined that the sum of power of the uplink CCs exceeds a transmission power threshold of UE; and uplink power of the UE is reduced according to a preset power reduction rule. By the present invention, a problem about uplink power control for transmission of the plurality of UCI on different carriers of the same subframe is solved, and the effects of providing different protection for different data requirements and effectively controlling the uplink power are further achieved.
