    摘要: In a double-mass flywheel the flywheels of which are coupled with torsional flexibility by at least one set of at least two helical springs (31, 31'), it is proposed that the end spring (31') of the spring set arranged in a channel (29) encircling the axis of rotation (9) of the flywheels in a circular arc is pivoted to control elements (39, 53) of the flywheels via an endshoe (41). For this purpose, the endshoe (41) and the control elements (39, 53) are provided with guide surfaces which have the cross-sectional shape of a circular segment.

    摘要: An apparatus for absorbing torque vibration comprises inertial bodies comprising first and second flywheels, and a damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism interposed between the first and second flywheels.The rotation is transmitted between both flywheels via damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism. Resilient members are secured to spring seats, which are engaged with both ends of a spring of the damper mechanism, at an inner-half portion of the spring seat closer to the axis of said flywheels than an axial line of the spring. Excess compression of the resilient members is prevented.

    摘要: This device comprises two coaxial elements mounted rotatably with respect to a spring, and two seats for positioning the spring. Each seat comprises a dorsal pivot projection configured in two coaxial elements. The pivot projection is delimited by a cylinder portion whose section is a first circular arc whose tangent forms an angle α with the axis of the spring. The section of each receptacle is formed by a second circular arc, having the same center and radius of curvature as the first circular arc, the tangent of which forms with the axis of the spring an angle γ greater than α. The pivot axes are parallel to one another at a distance L, and are included in a plane located at a distance R from the rotation axis. The maximum deflection angle of the device is δ. γ is within the range [arctg(L/2R)−δ/8 to arctg(L/2R+δ].

    摘要: A torsional vibration damper has a drive-side transmission element; a damping device having a plurality of energy accumulators; a driven-side transmission element configured to be rotationally deflected coaxial to the drive-side transmission element and which is connected to the drive-side transmission element via the damping device; and sliding elements arranged in one of the drive-side transmission element and driven-side transmission element so as to be movable in a circumferential direction. The sliding elements have: (i) circumferential projections for the energy accumulators, these circumferential projections being directed toward adjacent sliding elements, and/or (ii) penetration spaces for circumferential projections provided at the adjacent sliding element. The energy accumulators are supported at the sliding elements, the sliding elements having in sequence in an axial direction at least one circumferential projection and/or at least one penetration space at their circumferential side which faces a sliding element adjacent in the circumferential direction.

    摘要: A shoe mounts an outer spring defining a longitudinal direction and an inner spring arranged within the outer spring. The outer and inner springs define corresponding end sides of the outer and inner springs, and the shoe defines an end side of the shoe. A spring-position limitation limits the outer spring in its longitudinal direction and enables the inner spring to emerge at the end side of the shoe out of the outer spring. A driver primary element exerts a pressure on the inner spring as the driver approaches the outer and inner springs in a direction of the corresponding end sides of the outer and inner springs.
