    摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells and a module case configured to receive the plurality of battery cells to improve spatial utilization of the battery module. The module case includes a case body at front, rear, left and right surfaces, and a lower part thereof; a case cover at an upper part of the case body; and a mounting bracket at a side surface of the case body to be fastened to an external device or a neighboring battery module, and wherein holes are formed in a middle part of the case cover such that a coolant port, configured to allow a coolant to be introduced and discharged therethrough, and a power terminal, configured to allow electrical connection with an outside therethrough, are connected to external equipment.

    摘要: A terminal member includes a swaging-joined portion. An inner peripheral wall of the connection hole of the conductive member includes: a first region along an insertion direction of the terminal member; a tapered region located on the electrode assembly side with respect to the first region, the tapered region being a region in which a diameter of the connection hole is increased in a direction away from the first region; and a second region located between the first region and the tapered region. An intersection angle (θ2) of the second region with respect to the first region is larger than an intersection angle (θ1) of the tapered region with respect to the first region. A width of the second region along a radial direction of the connection hole is smaller than a width of the tapered region along the radial direction of the connection hole.

    摘要: The conductive module includes interterminal connection component groups for respective electrode terminal groups, and flexible wiring components for the respective interterminal connection component groups. Each of the flexible wiring components includes a transforming portion performing transformation into a temporary mounted form at the time when each of interterminal connection components is connected with electrode terminals and a formal mounted form after work of the connection. Each of the transforming portions is provided in part of the crossing portion on a subsidiary conductive portion side and/or in the subsidiary conductive portion, and displaces a portion between a main conductive portion side and the subsidiary conductive portion side between the temporary mounted form and the formal mounted form by the transformation.
