    摘要: Swash plate type compressor including a cylinder block having cylinder bores arranged along a circle, a drive shaft aligned with the circle, a swash plate rotated with the drive shaft, and single-headed pistons each including a head portion engaging the cylinder bore, and a neck portion engaging the swash plate, and wherein each piston is reciprocated by the swash plate rotated by the drive shaft, and the head portion includes a circular body portion, and an outer sliding portion and an inner sliding portion which are disposed between the body portion and the neck portion and which slidably engage respective circumferential portions of the cylinder bore which correspond to respective radially outer and inner portions of the cylinder block. Length from the end face of the body portion to the remote end of the inner sliding portion is larger than the corresponding length of the outer sliding portion. The inner sliding portion has a distal sliding part spaced from the end face by at least 40% of the entire piston length and having a central angle of not larger than 120° and a length of at least 5% of the entire piston length.

    摘要: A hydraulic piston for a cylinder block of a hydrostatic power unit has an elongated cylindrical body with first and second ends. An elongated cavity is formed in the body. A cap is adhered to the body to close the cavity. The cap has an external shape to facilitate the operative engagement thereof with a slipper, which is in subsequent engagement with a swashplate mounted adjacent the cylinder block. The piston has an elongated first conduit formed in the body which is separate from the cavity and extends between the opposite ends thereof. The conduit terminates in registering communication with a second conduit in the cap thereof to permit transmission of oil through the conduit without invading the volume of the cavity. The cap preferably has a tapered surface on the inner end thereof engaging a compatible shaped surface on an adjacent end of the body to center and align the cap with the body. The tapered surfaces of the cap and body terminate in parallel wall surfaces to create a continuous arcuate interface therebetween which is filled with an adhesive material such as a brazing medium. The body member and the cap are of metallic construction with the material of the cap member being more malleable than the material of the body so as to permit subsequent crimping of the cap as may be required. The body and the cap are preferably formed by a metal injecting molding process utilizing a molding material comprised at the time of molding of a mixture of metallic grains and a binder. The body member and the cap are subjected to a debinding process whereupon the binder material is removed from the molding material and the components are sintered whereupon controlled shrinking occurs. The cap is adapted to terminate either in a spherical ball for attachment to a slipper element, or is comprised of a spherical socket adapted to receive a ball element attached to a slipper element.

    摘要: In a swash plate type compressor having a shoe interposed between a swash plate and a concave surface of a piston, the concave surface has a first and a second spherical surface which are adjacent to and offset from each other to make a slight step extending along the concave surface. The shoe has a spherically convex surface received in the concave surface. In a condition where the spherically convex surface is received in the concave surface, the slight step serves to cause a small gap between the spherically convex surface and a part of the first spherical surface. When the swash plate is rotated together with a rotary shaft, the shoe converts a rotation of the swash plate into a reciprocating motion of the piston.

    摘要: In a swash plate type compressor in which a shoe mechanism (23a and 23b) is slidably interposed between a swash plate (21) and a piston (22) to convert a rotating motion of the swash plate to a reciprocating motion of the piston, lubricating oil is effectively supplied together with a blowby gas to the shoe mechanism. As a result, the lubricating oil favorably lubricates a sliding portion which is between the shoe mechanism and each of the swash plate and the piston. The piston is inserted in a cylinder bore (1) of a cylinder block (2) to have a sealed gap around the piston. When the swash plate is rotatably driven, the piston is reciprocated through the shoe mechanism to compress a gaseous fluid including the lubricating oil. A part of the gaseous fluid passes as the blowby gas through the sealed gap during the reciprocation motion of the piston.

To achieve compact dimensions and an improved supply of hydraulic fluid, the cylinder block and the swashplate are penetrated centrally by two plain coaxial conduits that are connected on the swashplate-side ends to hydraulic fluid supply channels and emerge on the cylinder-block-side ends in a control body which has a control surface that interacts with the cylinder block. The control body is located inside the cylinder block. The plain conduits are supported in a swashplate mounting and in the cylinder block. The axial piston machine is preferably realized in the form of a wheel motor.
