    摘要: A tubular-member lock mechanism includes a cylindrical housing to which a tubular member having an engagement portion at one end is mounted, and a lock member for engaging or releasing the housing and the tubular member. The housing includes a lock-member guide wall turnably guiding the lock member, at least two sliding surfaces with different inclinations wherein a tip portion of the lock member slides by turning the lock member, and a slit through which one portion of the lock member passes to engage the engagement portion of the tubular member mounted to the housing. The lock member, at a standby/lock position, engages the engagement portion formed on an outer periphery of the tubular member, and the lock member, at a release position where a rotational load is applied, spreads by the sliding surfaces having the different inclinations releases the engagement portion of the tubular member.

    摘要: In a rapid coupling, a pipe nipple engages a through hole of a socket. A first annular groove provided on the pipe nipple serves to catch a locking ring provided in the socket, in order to lock the coupled condition. A sleeve is movable on the pipe nipple, the sleeve having an inner projection to be retained by the first annular groove of the pipe nipple in a pre-assembled condition. When the pipe nipple is inserted into the socket, the sleeve abuts the socket and is then moved along the pipe nipple until the inner projection is caught by a second annular groove if the coupling is properly locked. It the pipe nipple is not moved into the socket to such an extent that the locking ring is caught by the first annular groove, the second annular groove remains visible outside the sleeve to indicate the improper coupling condition.

    摘要: A lock mechanism of a tubular body includes a housing to which a tubular body is mounted, a lock member locking and unlocking the housing and the tubular body, and a ring member rotatably attached on an outer periphery of the housing and moving the lock member between a lock position and an unlock position. When a locking portion of the lock member is locked to a locked portion of the housing, the lock member is retained in the unlock position. When the tubular body is inserted in the housing to unlock the locking portion and release an urging force accumulated in the lock member, the lock member moves to the lock position together with the ring member to lock the tubular body. When the ring member is slid in an axis direction of the tubular body after being locked, the tubular body can be locked with one touch.
