Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may determine that the UE is or will be at a location within a calibration region. The UE may report, to a network entity, location information, the location information being associated with the location within the calibration region. In an aspect, a network entity may obtain calibration error information associated with a user equipment (UE) and a calibration region. The network entity may send the calibration error information to the UE, to a base station, or to combinations thereof.

The one or more processing devices may identify a set of candidate anchor locations based on location information of the target node, location information of the set of candidate anchor nodes, mobility capabilities of the set of candidate anchor nodes, or a combination thereof. The one or more processing devices may instruct at least a subset of the set of candidate anchor nodes to move based on the set of candidate anchor locations. The one or more processing devices may configure the set of candidate anchor nodes and the target node to engage in positioning operations at a positioning time to determine a position estimation of the target node.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Wireless communications systems may support beamformed transmissions between devices (e.g., to improve coverage range). The beamformed transmissions may depend on discovery and maintenance of receive and transmit beams over which a given device may communicate with another device. Various receive and transmit beams for a given device may be compared using reference signals. As the number of devices attempting to access a cell increases, the number of reference signals to be transmitted may scale proportionally. Large numbers of reference signals may flood time-frequency resources of the system and/or require excessive processing at a mobile device. Scrambling sequences for reference signals may be employed to improve efficiency of resource usage. In aspects, the scrambling sequences may be implicitly determined (e.g., based on resources over which the access request was transmitted). Such an implicit association may reduce the need for additional signaling.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for bandwidth part (BWP) switching by frequency shifting and/or by transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configuration. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a BWP configuration indicating a frequency location and bandwidth of at least a first BWP; receiving signaling indicating at least one frequency shift to determine a second BWP from a frequency location of the first BWP; and communicating on the second BWP after performing a BWP switch from the first BWP to the second BWP based on the at least one frequency shift.

Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) identifies a set of positioning sources, each positioning source comprising a positioning reference signal (PRS) resource, a PRS resource set, a PRS frequency layer, and/or a transmission/reception point (TRP). From the set of positioning sources, the UE identifies a consistency group comprising a collection of positioning sources grouped based on expected values of at least one metric of a reference signal from each positioning source, measured values of the at least one metric for the reference signal from each positioning source, and an error threshold. The UE identifies one or more subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group, each subset having at least one metric error value. The UE reports, to a network entity, information about the consistency group and information about at least one of the subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a capability report that includes an indication of a maximum number of reference signal resources within a transmission time interval (TTI) for which the UE supports channel state information (CSI) reporting. The maximum number of reference signal resources may be based on a capability for supporting joint CSI reporting for both a downlink and an uplink. The UE may receive, from the base station, a report configuration in response to the capability report. Subsequently, the base station may transmit reference signals to the UE, which the UE may use to determine CSI for both the downlink and the uplink. The UE may then transmit, to the base station, a CSI report including the CSI for both the downlink and the uplink, in accordance with the report configuration.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to channel occupancy time (COT) sharing for sidelink communications are provided. A first user equipment (UE) receives, from a second UE, a first sidelink transmission during a first channel occupancy time (COT), where the first COT is associated with the second UE. The first UE determines whether the second UE is one of two or more UEs intended to receive a second sidelink transmission. The first UE transmits, to the two or more UEs, the second sidelink transmission during a portion of the first COT based on COT sharing. The COT sharing is in response to determining the second UE is one of the two or more UEs intended to receive the second sidelink transmission.
