Abstract:
There is disclosed a hinge (10) having a cartridge (12) with a round interior channel (16), a mounting flange (20) with a mounting hole (24) therein, a bushing (28), a pivot pin (33) having a square shoulder section (43) and a round shaft (44), a cam follower (49), a cam (50), a compression spring (51) and a spring retainer (52). The cam follower has a square mounting hole (55) which fits within the square shoulder section. The cam includes central hole (58) configured to receive the pivot pin shaft. The cam includes elongated guides (61). A cabinet mounting bracket (72) is coupled to the pivot pin. The hinge is assembled by coupling the cam follower onto the pivot pin prior to placing the combination into the cartridge with the pivot pin square shoulder section received within the cam follower square mounting hole to prevent relative rotation therebetween.
Abstract:
A refrigerator is equipped with an improved middle hinge module, by which a door is hinged to a main body, capable of preventing noise when the door is opened and closed and easily adjusting a height of the door. The middle hinge module includes a hinge member fixed to a main body, a casing rotatably coupled to the hinge member and configured to rotate with a door, a shaft accommodated in the casing and coupled to the hinge member, a cam member disposed on the shaft and configured to convert rotational movement of the door into vertical linear movement, a compression spring disposed on the cam member and configured to be compressed by vertical linear movement of the cam member, and a height adjustment screw, an upper portion of which is coupled to a lower portion of the shaft to adjust a height of the door.
Abstract:
A system and a soft closing device installed over a track of a storage unit for preventing a closable component such as a sliding door, a movable shelf or a drawer, movable over this track from forcefully slamming against a frame wall of the storage unit. The system or soft closing device each comprises at least one guiding member having two opposite slopes creating a peak for forcing the closable component to ascend once reaching the soft closing device and thereby slow down its movement. The system or the device may optionally also include a buffer member for further buffering the closable component.
Abstract:
An Anuba concealed hinge for rotatable moving a door, in particular a reinforced door, connected to a tubular support structure, which includes a rear counterframe anchored to a wall and a front frame anchored to the counterframe The hinge includes a lower fixed half-hinge and an upper movable half-hinge rotatably coupled to each other for rotating about a first longitudinal axis between an open position and a closed position. The lower fixed half-hinge includes a box-shaped hinge body to be concealedly inserted within the tubular support structure. The upper movable half-hinge includes a connecting plate connected to the door to extend from the tubular support structure in the open position and to concealedly retract within the tubular support structure in the closed position. The movable half-hinge includes a pivot defining the first axis unitarily connected to the connecting plate. The hinge body (11) includes a seat internally housing the pivot.
Abstract:
A device for moving at least one door leaf, includes a fixed beam that is fixed to the frame, a moving beam that is connected to the fixed beam by swinging rails which allow it to move transversely with respect to the axes of elongation of the fixed and moving beams, a motor which drives the leaf in a movement parallel to the axis of elongation of the moving beam and which, during the swinging of the leaf, also drives a drive cam which is provided with a slot in which there is engaged a pin that is fixed to the fixed beam, and a central roller which is connected to the moving beam and circulates in a groove in the fixed beam during the movement of the leaf.
Abstract:
A hinge for a closing door of a compartment, of the type having a first and a second body, respectively integral to the door and to the frame of the corresponding compartment, or vice versa, and mutually hinged by at least one pin, first elastic means mounted on the second body and acting upon the first body, and at least one dampening device fixed to the second body, acting upon the first body and actuated by at least a first slider, functionally connected to the dampener, and by at least a second slider, configured for engaging, directly or indirectly, the aforesaid first body in correspondence of at least a certain angular range assumed by the first body with respect to the second body during their relative rotation, whereby the second slider is actuated in translation by the first body when engaged therewith, as well as constraining means between the first slider and the second slider. Advantagiously, the aforesaid constraining means include at least a lever pivoted to the second body, and the aforesaid first and second slider are constrained at least in rotation to one lever.
Abstract:
A door hinge has two hinge leaves joined together at a knuckle defining a hinge axis about which the leaves are relatively pivotal. Top and bottom sheet-metal parts forming a housing surround one of the hinge leaves. The top part is formed with a plurality of downwardly projecting side flaps each projecting toward and bearing on an upper face of the bottom part. Each side flap is formed with at least one downward projecting tab that extends past, is bent over, and bears upward against a bottom face of the bottom part. Two rotatable adjustment spindles are each journaled in the housing and threaded in the one leaf so that rotation of the spindles moves the one leaf in a first direction perpendicular to the hinge axis.
Abstract:
A support bracket (10) with side locking and adjustment for sliding doors and leaves (22) is positioned and stabilised in a metal profile (14) attached with screws (26) in the cavity (18) formed along the upper edge of said doors or leaves and protrudes from the top of said profile with a threaded pin (54) designed to engage with a carriage (56) sliding in a rail (56′). The bracket comprises a body (12) of a substantially parallelepiped shape extending in a horizontal direction and with an open lower face, in the rear part of which opposite the mouth (14″) of the profile (14) a slider (28)is placed, fitted at the bottom with opposite projecting and inclined lugs(34) designed to abut with corresponding inclined portions (36) made in the lower part of the opposite sides of said body (12) for moving said slider. Said latter is provided with superposed through openings (30), (32), oriented in alignment with the longitudinal axis of the body (12), which respectively house a first screw (40) partially threaded and a second screw (46), said latter being moved with respect to the slider (28) starting from a through opening (44) made at the bottom of the rear face of said body (12).
