    Abstract: A cushion pan for a seat cushion is formed from a metal sheet and the cushion pan includes: an outer frame section that is formed in a frame shape in a seat plan view, a pair of mutually opposing sides of the outer frame section each including a horizontal portion with a respective thickness direction along a seat up-down direction; a pair of side plate portions that extend toward one side in the seat up-down direction from facing end portions of the pair of horizontal portions; and a plate spring portion having a flat plate shape bridging between ends of the pair of side plate portions on an opposite side of the side plate portions from the pair of horizontal portions.

    Abstract: A stabilizer is provided with a restriction ring connected to a torsion portion at a connection portion adjacent to a bush. The restriction ring has a body, a female portion, a male portion, and a welded portion. The female portion has gripping portions with a spacing therebetween decreasing in the direction away from a valley bottom portion. The male portion has a neck portion, an expansion portion, and a contraction portion. The welded portion covers at least the range of the contraction portion and the valley bottom portion and melts in the plate thickness direction from the outer peripheral surface.

    Abstract: A spring consists of, by mass %, 0.5 to 0.7% of C, 1.0 to 2.0% of Si, 0.1 to 1.0% of Mn, 0.1 to 1.0% of Cr, not more than 0.035% of P, not more than 0.035% of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The spring has a structure including not less than 65% of bainite and 4 to 13% of residual austenite by area ratio in a cross section. The spring has a compressive residual stress layer in a cross section from a surface to a depth of 0.35 mm to D/4, in which D (mm) is a circle-equivalent diameter of the cross section. The spring has a high hardness layer with greater hardness than a center portion by 50 to 500 HV from a surface to a depth of 0.05 to 0.3 mm.

    Abstract: A vehicle seat that includes: a support bracket that is provided at a floor of a vehicle; a rotation bracket that is coupled to the support bracket; a lock member that is provided at the floor; a lower rail being fixed to the rotation bracket and being locked by the lock member; an upper rail that is attached to the lower rail so as to be capable of sliding in a vehicle front-rear direction; a seat body that is fixed to the upper rail; a rotation force application member that applies rotation force to the rotation bracket such that the lower rail rotates in a direction in which the seat body springs up; and a speed reduction member that reduces a rotation speed of the rotation bracket in a case in which the seat body springs up.

    Abstract: A warp correction apparatus includes an elastic mat, a first sheet supply unit which supplies a first clean sheet on the elastic mat, a workpiece holding mechanism which supplies the plate-like workpiece (a frame unit) on the first clean sheet, a second sheet supply unit which supplies a second clean sheet above the first clean sheet, a pressure roller, a first elevator unit which moves the second clean sheet up and down, a second elevator unit which presses the pressure roller toward the elastic mat, and a roller moving mechanism. The pressure roller is moved along an upper surface of the elastic mat by the roller moving mechanism while the frame unit is sandwiched between the elastic mat and the pressure roller.
