    Abstract: A method for processing signals by a user equipment (UE) in a Wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of transmitting, to a network, a request message for configuring a time resource in which a transmission of a message via a sidelink is prioritized over a transmission of an uplink message and a reception of a downlink message; receiving, from the network, a configuration message as a response of the request message; and transmitting the V2X message in the time resource via the sidelink.

    Abstract: Provided in one disclosure of the present specification is a method for a wireless device attempting network access. The method may comprise the steps of: an RRC layer of the wireless device receiving, from a cell, a first piece of information relating to an NB-IoT RAT; and an NAS layer in the wireless device determining whether to initiate an NAS signaling process even when a backoff timer is running, wherein the backoff timer may be running due to previously having received a rejection message, and wherein when the wireless device uses an NB-IoT RAT and when the NAS signaling process is for transmitting exception data, it may be determined to initiate the NAS signaling process even though the backoff timer is running. The method may further comprise a step of the NAS layer in the wireless device setting an RRC establishment cause of an RRC connection request message as mobile originating (MO) exception data.

    Abstract: A relay user equipment (UE) can perform relay function between an eNodeB (eNB) and a remote UE by using non-3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) radio access technology (RAT). In an embodiment, the relay UE receives information on whether the data is to be forwarded to an upper layer of the relay UE or is to be forwarded to a remote UE or a network, and determines whether the data is to be forwarded to the upper layer of the relay UE or is to be forwarded to the remote UE or the network, according to the received information. In another embodiment, the relay UE, at a specific layer located below a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer, receives a data unit including differentiation information for control plane data, and identifies where the data unit is destined according to the differentiation information.

    Abstract: Provided are an operation method in accordance with uplink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) of a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method. The method is characterized by: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for indicating activation or release of uplink SPS; and decoding the DCI on the basis of a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a second RNTI. If the DCI is a first DCI for SPS for transmitting a signal to the base station, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the first RNTI, and, if the DCI is a second DCI for SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the second RNTI. And the first RNTI and second RNTI are RNTIs that are different from each other.
