Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for inserting a dynamic element into electronic content using a client application. The dynamic element includes a key and a corresponding value, the key and the value of the dynamic element stored in a database of a dynamic element management system (DEMS). The method performed by the DEMS includes: receiving a dynamic element insertion request from the client application; identifying and forwarding one or more keys corresponding to one or more suggested dynamic elements to the client application for rendering the one or more keys on a user interface of a client device; receiving indication of selection of a key from the one or more keys; retrieving a value of the dynamic element corresponding to the selected key from the database; and communicating the value of the dynamic element to the client application for rendering in line with the electronic content.

Abstract: Described herein is a computer implemented method. The method comprises receiving, from a server application, project data defining a plurality of tasks and a plurality of iterations, each iteration having a start time and an end time and displaying, on a display, a timeline graphical user interface including a plurality of task timelines, each task timeline corresponding to one of the plurality of tasks. The method further comprises detecting a first user input, the first user input associated with a particular task and, in response to detecting the first user input, displaying a plurality of available drop zones in the particular task's timeline, each available drop zone corresponding to an available iteration, an available iteration being an iteration that the particular task can be assigned to.

Abstract: An issue tracking system configured to determine similarity between issue content items (e.g., title, type, description, and the like). Based on a determined similarity satisfying a threshold and/or using a predictive model, the issue tracking system may provide a user with a suggested supplemental content item to be submitted to the issue tracking system.

Abstract: Embodiments provide an adaptive issue type identification platform for automatically determining an issue type in an enterprise-level software development issue-tracking application. Embodiments include receiving a request to generate an issue data object, causing initializing of the issue data object in a data store, causing display of an issue management capability selection interface, and receiving issue capability selection input in response to user engagement with the issue management capability selection interface. In response to receiving the issue capability selection input, the adaptive issue type identification platform fetches an operational capability set from a capability registry based on the issue capability selection input, causes the association of the operational capability set to the issue data object at the data store, determines an issue type identifier for the issue data object based on the operational capability set, and updates metadata associated with the issue data object to include the issue type identifier.

Abstract: Systems and methods for cross-domain tracking of users are disclosed. Embodiments provide mechanism for a unique identifier generated for a first domain (also referred to as a cross domain identifier) and stored at the user device to be made available to a second domain via a cross domain identifier system (XID system) such that the second domain can also use the same unique identifier for the user. This way, a user is identified at multiple domains of the organization using a single unique identifier. Further, in case a user identifier cannot be provided from the first domain to the second, the unique identifier can be created based on a fingerprint of the user's browser.

Abstract: A system for displaying electronic content in one of multiple view modes using a web browser client application. Specifically, the web browser client application may present the electronic content in a first view mode in which the content displayed in a content pane that is configured to provide continuous scrolling of the content, and content tree content is displayed in a content tree pane. In response to a request to display the content of the page in a second view mode, the content is displayed in a full-screen pane that covers a substantial entirety of an available display area. The full-screen pane is configured to provide toggle-based navigation in which a user input automatically advances a display of the content to a respective topic portion identified within the content.

Abstract: Methods and computer-readable medium for improved caching are disclosed. The method includes receiving, at a server node, a first data request including an identifier of a requested data entry; performing a lookup in the in-process cache for data corresponding to the identifier; upon determining that data corresponding to the identifier is missing in the in-process cache, invoking a cache loader module configured to: communicate a second data request for the identifier to a shared cache; receive a response from the shared cache; upon determining that data for the identifier was not returned in the response, communicate a third data request for the identifier to a main data store; receive data for the identifier from the main data store; and add the data for the identifier received from the main data store in the in-process cache; and communicating the data for the identifier of the data entry to a requesting system.

Abstract: Systems and methods for personalizing a computer application for a user are disclosed. The method including providing multiple user groups, where each user group is assigned a set of computer application features and no two sets of computer application features are identical. The method further includes monitoring computer application usage of the user over a first period of time; based on the monitored usage, allocating a first user group to the user from the multiple user groups, the first user group fitting the user; and personalizing the computer application for the user by providing the set of computer application features assigned to the first user group.

Abstract: An issue tracking system for tracking software development tasks is described herein. The issue tracking system may be configured to receive new issue requests from a client device and associate the new issue requests with one or more clusters of previously stored issue records. The issue tracking system may also determine similarity between issues in a first cluster of stored issue records and issues in a second cluster that is associated with a different software development project. Based on a determination that the issue similarity exceeds a threshold, the user may be prompted with one or more recommendations for a subsequent issue request or issue request content.
