Abstract: Disclosed is a ferritic stainless steel with improved strength, workability, and corrosion resistance, which may be applied to various industrial fields, such as washing machines, refrigerators, and all kinds of electric home appliances. An embodiment of the disclosed ferritic stainless steel comprises, in percent by weight (wt %), 0.0005 to 0.02% of C, 0.005 to 0.02% of N, 0.7 to 1.0% of Si, 16.0 to 17.0% of Cr, 0.05 to 0.3% of Ti, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the ferritic stainless steel has a value of Formula (1) below satisfying 21 to 25, a tensile strength of 470 MPa or more, and an elongation of 27% or more.

The steel material comprises, in wt %, at most 0.006% of C, at most 0.05% of Si, at most 0.3% of Mn, at most 0.02% of P, at most 0.01% of S, 0.005 to 0.05% of Al, at most 0.005% of N, 48/14×[N] to 0.05% of Ti (here, [N] is the nitrogen content in wt %), 0.04 to 0.15% of Nb, and the remainder in Fe and other unavoidable impurities, and has a ferrite single structure, and has a ferrite grain average particle size of 150 to 500 μm in a region of a surface layer part, corresponding to 30% of the total thickness from the surface thereof.

Abstract: A hot-rolled steel sheet comprises, by wt %, 0.1-0.25% of carbon (C), 0.2-2.0% of manganese (Mn), 0.3% or less of silicon (Si), 0.05% or less of aluminum (Al), 0.05% or less of phosphorous (P), 0.03% or less of sulfur (S), 0.01% or less of nitrogen (N), 0.005 to 0.05% of titanium (Ti), 0.0005 to 0.005% of boron (B), 0.01% or less of niobium (Nb), 0.1% or less of molybdenum (Mo), 0.1% or less of vanadium (V), and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities, comprises, in a microstructure, 55-90% of bainite and 10-45% of ferrite by volume fraction, the number per unit area of carbides having a major axis length of 25-500 nm from among carbides present in the bainite is 3*106/mm2 or more, and the average aspect ratio (major axis/minor axis) of the carbides present in the bainite can be 2.0 or less.

Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a high-strength cold rolled steel sheet. The method includes: preparing a slab; heating the slab to 1,150° C. to 1,250° C.; finish hot rolling the heated slab within 900° C. to 980° C.; cooling the slab at an average cooling rate of 10° C./sec to 100° C./sec; winding the slab in 500° C. to 700° C.; cold rolling the slab at a cold-rolling reduction ratio of 30% to 60% to obtain a cold rolled steel sheet; continuously annealing the cold rolled steel sheet at Ae3+30° C. to Ae3+80° C.; primarily cooling the continuously annealed steel sheet at an average cooling rate of 10° C./s or less to 560° C. to 700° C. and secondarily cooling the steel sheet at an average cooling rate of 10° C./s or more to 270° C. to 330° C.; and reheating the cooled steel sheet at a temperature increase rate of 5° C./s or lower to a temperature in a range of 380° C. to 460° C.
