Abstract: An expansion bay for a computer device for easy insertion and extension of an expansion component is disclosed. The expansion bay has two facing side walls, a bottom panel joining the facing side walls, and a closed end. A front cross member joins the side walls to define a front open end. A pair of springs are located the closed end that force the expansion component away from the closed end. A pair of rotating levers are mounted on the front cross member near each of the side walls. Each of the rotating levers has a pin that engages a groove on the expansion component that is inserted through the open front end. The levers are rotated via the pins engaging the grooves when the expansion component is moved into and out of open front end.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an indoor positioner and a positioning engine server. The indoor positioner has an antenna array including a plurality of antenna units. The indoor positioner divides the antenna units into multiple antenna unit groups, receives a wireless signal from user equipment at each time point via the antenna unit groups, and calculates a plurality of angles of arrival (AOA) corresponding to the antenna unit groups at each time point. The positioning engine server receives and stores the angles of arrival corresponding to the antenna unit groups at each time point, and filters the angles of arrival according to the angle sizes of the angles of arrival corresponding to the antenna unit groups at each time point stored in an observation period.

Abstract: A liquid cooling system includes a liquid coolant conduit in proximity to heat-generating electrical components within an enclosed space. The conduit allows circulation of a liquid coolant to extract heat from the heat-generating components. The first heat-generating component produces greater heat than the second heat-generating component. The enclosed space includes an inlet and an outlet. The conduit includes a nozzle fluidly connected to the inlet. The nozzle is located within the enclosed space. The nozzle forms first and second aperture sets. The first aperture set directs the liquid coolant to the first heat-generating component. The second aperture set directs the liquid coolant to the second heat-generating component. The nozzle allows liquid coolant to pass the first heat-generating component at a faster rate than the second heat-generating component.

Abstract: A system and method for preventing a hang up after initiation of a watch dog time out in a computer system. A start-up routine is run via a basic input output system (BIOS). The routine applies settings for hardware components. It is determined if a watch dog timer triggered a restart from timing out when the start-up routine ran previously. The system checks a database storing settings for each of the plurality of hardware components for a proper setting for the hardware components if the watch dog timer triggered the restart. The system applies the settings from the database for the hardware components to avoid another hang up.

Abstract: An image classifying device is provided in the invention. The image classifying device includes a storage device, a calculation circuit and a classifying circuit. The storage device stores information corresponding to a plurality of image classes. The calculation circuit obtains a target image from an image extracting device and obtains the feature vector of the target image. The calculation circuit obtains a first estimation result corresponding to the target image based on the information corresponding to the plurality of image classes and the feature vector and obtains a second estimation result corresponding to the target image based on a reference image, wherein the reference image corresponds to one of the image classes. The classifying circuit adds the target image into one of the image classes based on the first estimation result and the second estimation result.
