Abstract: An endovascular graft including a stent graft and a surgical graft is provided. The stent graft can include an elongated body having a collapsed and expanded configuration and include a frame structure covered by a compression sleeve that retains the elongated body in the collapsed configuration until deployment of the stent graft. The endovascular graft can include a first cuff member sized and dimensioned to extend into a lumen of an aortic arch branch vessel when the endovascular graft is implanted in a subject. The frame structure can include a backstop sized and dimensioned to extend into the first cuff member when the endovascular graft is implanted in the subject. The surgical graft can be partially attached to the stent graft at a proximal end portion thereof.

Abstract: A sensing device can be used for ambulatory urodynamics. The sensing device can include an elongated outer housing constructed of flexible material that can curve within a patients bladder. At least a portion of the outer housing can be filled with a non-compressible fluid. A flexible printed circuit board can be disposed within the outer housing to curve with the outer housing. The printed circuit board can include a pressure sensor, comprising a diaphragm, to collect pressure data; a microcontroller miming control software; and a wireless transmitter to transmit the pressure data. A battery can be disposed within the outer housing and coupled to the printed circuit board. The flexible material of the outer housing is configured to be displaced by a pressure within the patients bladder, the displacement is transmitted through the non-compressible fluid to the pressure sensor that provides the pressure data based on the displacement.

The second dilator distal end has a second dilator open tip. When the second dilator is joined to the first dilator, the second dilator open tip is adjacent to the first dilator side wall opening.

The system includes machine-readable instructions and data that include a biomedical information library comprising information that includes a plurality of drugs, a plurality of biological targets, a plurality of diseases, and a plurality of adverse effects, a biomedical network system comprising a plurality of networks covering chemical, genomic, phenotypic, and cellular profiles, a score prioritizer to determine new targets for the plurality of drugs based on a concatenation of a low-dimensional vector representation for each drug vertex and each biological target vertex, and a model generator configured to generate a deep learning network model that defines a plurality of relationships between the drugs, the biological targets, and the adverse effects. The plurality of relationships defined by the deep learning network model predict drug target identification and drug repurposing.

Abstract: Embodiments facilitate prediction of anti-vascular endothelial growth (anti-VEGF) therapy response in DME or RVO patients. A first set of embodiments discussed herein relates to training of a machine learning classifier to determine a prediction for response to anti-VEGF therapy based on a vascular network organization via Hough transform (VaNgOGH) descriptor generated based on FA images of tissue demonstrating DME or RVO. A second set of embodiments discussed herein relates to determination of a prediction of response to anti-VEGF therapy for a DME or RVO patient (e.g., non-rebounder vs. rebounder, response vs. non-response) based on a VaNgOGH descriptor generated based on FA imagery of the patient.

Abstract: Holographic image-guidance can be used to track an interventional device during a non-vascular percutaneous procedure. The holographic image guidance can be provided by a head-mounted device by transforming tracking data and body image data to a common coordinate system and creating a holographic display relative to a patient's body to track the interventional device during the non-vascular percutaneous procedure. The holographic display can also include graphics to provide guidance for the physical interventional device as it travels through the patient's anatomy.

Abstract: An apparatus for replacing a diseased cardiac valve is movable from a radially collapsed configuration to a radially expanded configuration. The apparatus comprises an expandable support member and a prosthetic valve secured therein. The main body portion extends between first and second end portions and includes an outer circumferential surface, a circumferential axis extending about the circumferential surface, and a plurality of wing members spaced apart from one another by an expandable region. Each of the wing members includes first and second end portions and a flexible middle portion extending between the end portions. The second end portion is integrally formed with the uyimain body portion. The first end portion is adjacent the circumferential axis and substantially flush with the outer circumferential surface in the radially collapsed configuration. The first end portion extends substantially radial to the outer circumferential surface in the radially expanded configuration.
