Thus, the routing information from a mobile node is given to a gateway and the router on the home network without delay after movement, and it is possible to prevent loss of data sent to the mobile node belonging to the network to which the mobile network is connected after the movement.

    摘要: A solid-state image sensor includes a photosensitive array capturing an optical image representative of a desired scene. The photosensitive array includes photo-sensors arranged in a direction of row and a direction of column, and microlenses each causing incident light to converge to the corresponding photo-sensor. Each photo-sensor corresponds to a particular pixel included in the photosensitive array. Each photo-sensor is made up of a higher- and a lower-sensitivity photosensitive cell for photoelectrically transducing incident light to electric signal charges. Each photo-sensor includes a primary and a secondary photosensitive cell respectively having higher-sensitivity and lower-sensitivity for photoelectrically transducing the incident light. Each microlens has its optical center shifted from the center of the corresponding photo-sensor toward the center of the photosensitive array.

The interface decision section selects at least one or more of interfaces satisfying a service request and notifies it to a mobile router possessing an externally-connecting interface. Due to this, in case there is a link status change in the external interface of the mobile router, the mobile communication device is allowed to swiftly switch the external interface and continue communication. Moreover, congestion can be avoided from occurring in communication between the mobile communication device and the mobile router during switchover.

    摘要: A mobile router notifies a care-of address to a home agent apparatus, and generates a tunnel for local scope packet transmission between it and the home agent apparatus, and thereby, even if a terminal device moved onto a foreign link, communication becomes available in the same manner as on a home link. In addition, the home agent apparatus and the mobile router carry out transfer only to a necessary destination, by use of information of the terminal device which is accommodated in itself. Further, the home agent apparatus manages information of the terminal device which is accommodated in the mobile router, and thereby, it is possible to carry out packet communication only to the terminal device which corresponded to a destination, and it becomes possible to reduce useless transmission processing and reception processing in a network.

    摘要: An imaging device comprises a solid-state image sensor including a plurality of unit pixels, and a driving unit. Each unit pixel includes a photo-electric converter that converts incident light into a signal charge, a holding unit that temporarily holds the signal charge obtained by the photo-electric converter, a first transfer gate arranged between the photo-electric converter and the holding unit, that transfers the signal charge to the holding unit, a charge-voltage converter that converts the signal charge into a voltage signal, and a second transfer gate arranged between the holding unit and the charge-voltage converter, that transfers the signal charge to the charge-voltage converter, and that is in a non-conductive state in the case where an image capturing operation is performed in the photo-electric converter. The driving unit drives the solid-state image sensor so as to supply three or more mutually different electric potentials to the first transfer gate.
