As a result, obtained is mixed powder for powder metallurgy capable of improving the rust prevention effect easily without having to hardly change the conventional processes.

The composition applied to coat on the photoresist film when using an immersion exposure device which is irradiated through water provided between a lens and the photoresist film, the composition comprises a resin forming a water-stable film during irradiation and being dissolved in a subsequent developer, and a solvent containing a monovalent alcohol having 6 or less carbon atoms, and the resin contains a resin component having an alcoholic hydroxyl group on the side chain containing a fluoroalkyl group on at least the carbon atom of α-position.

    摘要: The optical data recording method comprising the steps of: modulating data to be recorded, to generate a plurality of recording modulation codes; and emitting a pulse-like light beam to an optical disc, so that a plurality of recording marks and spaces which have lengths corresponding to the plurality of recording modulation codes are formed on the optical disc. In the optical data recording method, at least two of the plurality of recording marks comprises: a first pulse which is disposed at a front and forms a leading edge of the recording mark, a last pulse which is disposed at a backend and forms a trailing edge of the recording mark, and a multi-pulse train which is disposed between the first pulse and the last pulse and forms a center of the recording mark. The multi-pulse train has a pulse period longer than T which represents a reference period of the recording modulation code.

The liquid discharge device has a liquid discharge head in which a plurality of liquid discharge portions including an ink liquid chamber (12) for storing a liquid to be discharged, and nozzles (18) for discharging the liquid stored in the ink liquid chamber (12), are arrayed on a substrate. The liquid discharge device comprises: individual channels (20) provided for each of the liquid discharge portions so as to communicate with the ink liquid chamber (12) and supply liquid to within the ink liquid chamber (12); and a common channel (30) which is provided to the plurality of individual channels (20) so as to communicate with each of the plurality of individual channels (20), for supplying liquid to the plurality of individual channels (20). The common channel (30) includes a first common channel (31) provided on a liquid supply source side, and a second common channel (32) provided adjacent to the individual channels (20), and having liquid channel resistance greater than that of the first common channel (31).
