The supporter includes a through hole and a plurality of top pads (113c) formed around the through hole, and the supporter is mounted on the base board and electrically connected to the base board. The image sensor is mounted on the base board and received in the through hole, and the image sensor includes a sensing portion (112b) and a plurality of contacts (112a). The wires electrically connect the top pads to the contacts. The main adhesive is applied on the image sensor and surrounds the sensing portion. The cover board supported on the main adhesive, and the cover board and the main adhesive cooperatively enclose the sensing portion of the image sensor.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A bicycle power unit case includes a controller received therein and a power unit is inserted into the case from a top of the case and electrically connected to the controller. The case includes a bottom-bracket hole through which the bottom bracket and crank extend. The case is connected to a low and central portion of the bicycle. The down tube, the seat tube and the chain stays are respectively inserted and fixed to the case. The power unit case does not affect the center of weight of the bicycle and the power unit can be easily replaced from a top of the case.
Abstract:
A memory apparatus includes a plurality of memory units, a sensing circuit and a bias-generating circuit. The plurality of memory units respectively outputs a data current to the sensing circuit, while the sensing circuit further includes a plurality of first transistors, a plurality of second transistors and a plurality of sensing amplifiers. In order to speed up the access time of the memory units, the bias-generating circuit rapidly provides a bias signal to the sensing circuit to turn on the first transistors of the sensing circuit. In the present invention, the sensing circuit uses a common reference voltage to reduce the circuit utilization area of the memory apparatus.
Abstract:
A chip-stacked package structure comprises a lead frame, a first chip, and a second chip. The led frame is composed of a plurality of inner leads and a plurality of outer leads. The plurality of inner leads comprises a plurality of first inner leads in parallel and a plurality of second inner leads in parallel, wherein the ends of first inner leads and the ends of second inner leads are arranged in rows facing each other at a distance. The active surface of first chip is fixedly connected to the lower surface of first inner leads and second inner leads via a first adhesive layer. A plurality of metal pads is provided near the central area of the active surface of first chip and is exposed. A second adhesive layer is formed on the back surface of second chip for fixedly connecting the back surface of second chip and the upper surface of first inner leads and second inner leads. The gap formed by the thickness of second adhesive layer prevents the bonding wires connecting the first chip from contacting the back surface of second chip.
Abstract:
A film removal method and apparatus for removing a film from a substrate are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of disposing a plasma generator and a sucking apparatus over the substrate, projecting a plasma beam from the plasma generator onto the film obliquely, disposing the sucking apparatus on a reflection path of plasma projected by the plasma generator, and sucking a by-product of an incomplete plasma reaction occurring to the film so as to keep a surface of the substrate clean, with a view to overcoming the drawbacks of deposition of the by-product which results from using the plasma as a surface cleansing means under atmospheric conditions.
Abstract:
The present invention provides medicinally active extracts and fractions, and a method for preparing the same by extracting and fractioning constituents from the tissue of components of Ganoderma lucidum. These active extracts and fractions are useful for inhibiting tumor growth, modulating immune response, and increasing hematopoietic activity.

Abstract:
A method and system for identifying a defocus wafer by mapping a topography of each wafer in a first wafer batch using a level sensor apparatus (100); calculating a focus spot deviation (402) from the data, the focus spot deviation (402) corresponding to a height by which a focus spot of a photo exposure module would be defocused by the topography; converting the focus spot deviation (402) to a corresponding wafer stage set point to which the photo exposure module is set, to focus the focus spot on each wafer in the wafer batch; and identifying a defocus wafer in the wafer batch, as a wafer having a topography that would defocus the focus spot, even when the photo exposure module is set to the wafer stage set point.
Abstract:
A bicycle frame tube structure comprises a combining section; one end of the combining section having two opening for receiving a tube of a rear upper bi-forked tube; and a stand tube clamped between the two tubes. The combining section is two bi-forked tubes of an upper tube; or the combining section is a hollow U shape tube which have the two opening at one end; and another end of the U shape tube serves to be connected to an upper tube; or the combining section is a block which contains two tubes; or the combining section is a lower tube which has a bi-forked tube at one end; each tube of the bi-forked tube has the opening. The two bi-forked tubes of the upper tube may be combined as one tube for being connected to a head tube or the two tubes are directly connected to the head tube.
