The base plate includes a guide that guides the coupling of the restriction member to the base plate. The rotation shaft includes a main protrusion, which protrudes from an end surface of the rotation shaft in an axial direction, and an auxiliary protrusion, which protrudes in the axial direction from the end surface by a smaller protrusion amount than the main protrusion. The restriction member is fixed in contact with the main protrusion to restrict movement of the rotary shaft in the axial direction in cooperation with the restriction member and the support.

When the dies are clamped together, the projection 315 formed on the circumferential edge portion 314 of the upper die 31B fits in the elongated hole 215 formed in the circumferential edge portion 214 of the lower die 21B.

The cassette body 2 has a freely movable rear end regulating member 5. The rear end regulating member 5 has a holding portion 5a which prevents the rotation fulcrum portion 4a of the intermediate plate 4 from being detached from the cassette body 2. In the transportation, the rear end regulating member 5 is set to a position where the holding portion 5a prevents the rotation fulcrum portion 4a of the intermediate plate 4 from being detached from the cassette body 2 and the intermediate plate 4 can rotate.
