Abstract:
Computer implemented techniques for performing transliteration of input text in a first character set to a second character set are disclosed. The techniques include receiving input text and determining a set of possible transliterations of the input text based on a plurality of mapping standards. Each mapping standard defines a mapping of characters in the first character set to characters in the second character set. The techniques further include determining a set of candidate words in the target language based on the possible transliterations and a text corpus. The techniques also include determining a likelihood score for each one of the candidate words based on a language model in the target language previously received words. The techniques also include providing one or more candidate words based on the likelihood scores and receiving a user selection indicating one of the candidate words.
Abstract:
Kinship between electronic files among personal networked devices may be ascertained between the files by determining an operational relationship between the files and with a similarity measurement.
Abstract:
Impregnated rare earth metal-containing barium-aluminum-scandate cathodes with a rare earth oxide doped tungsten matrix and methods for the fabrication thereof are described. In one aspect, an impregnated rare earth metal-containing barium-aluminum-scandate cathode comprises: a rare earth oxide doped tungsten matrix, and an impregnated active substance. The active substance comprises scandium oxide (Sc2O3), a second rare earth oxide, and barium calcium aluminate, wherein the molar ratio of Ba:Ca:Al is about 4:1:1.
Abstract:
A continuous stream data (e.g., messages, tweets) is received by ingest nodes of a platform. The ingest nodes may analyze the data to create a transaction of graph updates, assign a sequence number to the transaction, and distribute the graph updates with the sequence number to graph nodes of the platform. The graph nodes may store graph updates from ingest nodes, and then the ingest nodes may report graph update progresses in a progress table. A snapshot may be taken based on the progress table, and then graph-mining computation may be implemented. Tolerate failures and decaying may be supported and incremental expansion may be allowed to cope with increasing update rates and computation needs.

Abstract:
The invention is directed to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1-R6 are defined herein. The invention is also directed to compositions containing a compound of formula (I) and to the use of such compounds in the inhibition of mutant IDH proteins having a neomorphic activity. The invention is further directed to the use of a compound of formula (I) in the treatment of diseases or disorders associated with such mutant IDH proteins including, but not limited to, cell-proliferation disorders, such as cancer.
Abstract:
The disclosure discloses a method and a system for establishing an associated bidirectional Label-Switched Path (LSP). The method includes the following steps: a head node sends a PATH message for establishing or updating an LSP to an end node, wherein the message carries an object for identifying association; the end node sends to the head node a PATH message for establishing or updating an LSP as a reverse LSP corresponding to the above LSP, wherein the message carries an object for identifying association; in the case that the attributes of the objects for identifying association carried in the PATH messages sent by the head node and the end node are the same, the LSP and the reverse LSP are associated with each other by the head node and the end node and become an associated bidirectional LSP. The method for establishing an associated bidirectional LSP in the disclosure can be applied to transition from a Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network to a MPLS-Transport Profile (MPLS-TP) network and binding a reverse LSP with a unidirectional LSP.
Abstract:
A high priority service sending method and device in a direct mode, and a high priority service receiving method and device in a direct mode. The receiving method includes: after sending a voice frame in a voice call sending state, a user terminal receiving and detecting a priority frame in another time slot with respect to the time slot occupied by the voice call; and if the priority frame is detected, then stopping the voice call and receiving a high priority service frame in the other time slot. Using the present invention can enable an interphone in a transmitting state in a direct mode to send or receive a high priority service as well.

This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus including a hybrid wedge shaped/microstructured light collector that is optically coupled to one or more photovoltaic cells. In one aspect, the hybrid wedge shaped/microstructured light collector includes a wedge shaped light guide having an inclined light receiving surface that can collect light incident at angles in the range from about 60 degrees to about 90 degrees with respect to a normal to the inclined light receiving surface. Additionally, the hybrid wedge shaped/microstructured light collector includes a microstructured light collector that can collect light incident at angles in the range from about 0 degrees to about 60 degrees with respect to a normal to the inclined light receiving surface.
Abstract:
An dual function distance metric for pattern matching based hotspot clustering is described. The dual function distance metric can handle patterns containing multiple polygons, is easy to compute, and is tolerant of small variations or shifts of the shapes. Compared with an XOR distance metric pattern clustering, the dual function distance metric can achieve up to 37.5% accuracy improvement with 2X-4X computational cost in the context of cluster analysis. The dual function distance metric is reliable and accurate for characterizing clips (e.g. hotspots), thereby making it desirable for industry applications.
