    Abstract: The present invention discloses a channel state information feedback method and apparatus. User equipment determines a PMI and a CQI, and a feedback expression manner of the PMI and the CQI, where the feedback expression manner includes a first or a second feedback expression manner, and sends the PMI and the CQI to a network device in the determined feedback expression manner of the PMI and the CQI, where the first feedback expression manner includes: using T CQI values to express CQI of M codewords, and using one PMI value to indicate one PMI, where T is less than M, and there is at least one CQI value that can express CQI of at least two codewords; and the second feedback expression manner includes: using M CQI values to express CQI of M codewords. The present invention may be applied to a scenario in which an antenna quantity increases.

    Abstract: Embodiments relate to a feedback method channel state information. The method includes acquiring, by user equipment, first channel state information based on a first channel state information measurement resource that is configured by a base station and that corresponds to a first antenna port representing a horizontal dimension. The method also includes acquiring, based on a second channel state information measurement resource, which is configured by the base station, of a second antenna port representing a vertical dimension, second channel state information. The method also includes feeding back channel state information to the base station, which includes: feeding back the first channel state information to the base station according to a first feedback mode, and feeding back the second channel state information to the base station according to a second feedback mode, where the second feedback mode is different from the first feedback mode.

    Abstract: The present invention provides methods for transmitting and receiving a control channel, a base station, and a user equipment. The method for transmitting a control channel includes: determining m PRB pairs used for transmitting a control channel to be transmitted; when a distributed transmission mode is used for transmission, determining an aggregation level L of the control channel to be transmitted; determining, according to the aggregation level L, a first control channel candidate at the aggregation level L; and placing, on physical resources to which the first control channel candidate is mapped, control information of the control channel to be transmitted, and transmitting the control information. The present invention improves multiplexing efficiency of control channels of different modes.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmit diversity of HARQ-ACK information feedback in a wireless communication system, said system being adapted to employ transmit diversity and non-transmit diversity transmissions of HARQ-ACK information feedback, said method comprising: assigning uplink control channel resources and modulation symbols to HARQ-ACK states for at least two antenna ports such that said HARQ-ACK states are abled to be transmitted when associated uplink control channel resources are implicitly reserved, wherein at least one of said uplink control channel resources is assigned to more than one of said at least two antenna ports, and wherein uplink control channel resources and modulation symbols assigned to HARQ-ACK states for one of said at least two antenna ports is the same as when non-transmit diversity of HARQ-ACK information feedback is employed; and transmitting HARQ-ACK states assigned according to said assignment step on said at least two antenna ports.
