摘要: An apparatus for dispensing disc bodies such as coins or tokens is set forth which includes a fixed substrate and a dispensing disc spaced from said substrate a distance related to the thickness of said disc bodies. The dispensing disc includes a plurality of openings having a diameter adapted to receive a disc body for dispensing thereof. The dispensing disc is attached to a shaft which is axially moveable to adjust the space between the dispensing disc and substrate. The shaft is connected to a motor through an axially aligned planetary gear apparatus. Rotation of the dispensing disc receives coins or tokens in the openings and space whereupon the coins are moved for dispensing. An elevation body engages the dispensing disc and includes a plurality of annular teeth. An adjustment body has teeth to engage the elevation body teeth. Rotation of the adjustment body axially adjusts the elevation body and dispensing disc to adjust the space to accept different thicknesses of coins.

摘要: An apparatus for dispensing disks comprising a disk passage having an outlet in which the disks are arranged edge-to-edge for storage and dispensing. A closure member, such as a rotatable spherical member, is provided for closing the outlet. The closure member is arranged to apply force to a face of a disk in the region of the outlet whereby the disk is dispensed from the outlet through a guide assembly. The closure member is opened by the camming action of the disk in the region of the outlet. A spring plate is provided to bias the closure member towards a closed position wherein the outlet is normally closed.

摘要: An image data encoding apparatus and decoding apparatus which perform encoding and decoding making effective use of the correlation of positional information of characteristic points of the luminance signal element and chrominance signal elements of image data. A first signal analysis unit analyzes the luminance signal Y, from which the low frequency component has been removed, using a filter having several resolution scales s, detects and connects the characteristic points from the results of the analysis, and produces line data. Based on the line data, the values of the results of analysis are extracted. A second signal analysis unit performs similar processing on the chrominance signal U and a third signal analysis unit performs similar processing on the chrominance signal V. First to third analysis result compression units compress the input signal by predictive encoding etc. The first to third signal analysis units produce the low frequency components of the luminance signal Y and the chrominance signals U and V. A low frequency component compression unit compresses the low frequency components. A transformation unit multiplexes and modulates the signal obtained by the above processing and inputs it to the transmission medium etc. connected to the encoding apparatus.
