摘要： Disclosed herein is a diffusion sheet for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. Specifically, this invention provides a diffusion sheet including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet, and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet, the base sheet satisfying a refractive index represented by a predetermined equation. According to this invention, the diffusion sheet for a display can uniformly diffuse light, which is radiated from a light source lamp positioned at a side surface or the back surface of the display, while passing such light therethrough, thus obtaining clear display images, resulting in increased total light transmittance, light diffusibility, and luminance.

The insulation member is slidable relative to the insulation member when the inner case expands or contracts in accordance with a variation of temperature, whereby the generation of frictional noise due to friction between the inner case and the insulation member can be greatly reduced.

The fuel cell system also includes a cell for generating current using the hydrogen from the reformer. The cell comprises a pair of first and second substrates covering the substrate of the reformer with a membrane electrode assembly disposed between the pair of substrates with a catalyst formed thereon. The fuel cell system further includes a combustor for burning remaining fuel gas to generate heat. The combustor comprises a substrate disposed at an outer side of the second substrate of the cell, and a flow path formed in the substrate with a catalyst formed thereon.

In the present invention, a black layer formed between a transparent electrode and a bus electrode is formed together with a black matrix at the same time. In this case, the black layer is formed together with the black matrix in one. Cheap nonconductive oxide is used as a black powder of a black layer. Specifically, in case the black layer and the black matrix are formed in one, the bus electrode is shifted to a non-discharge area to improve the brightness of the plasma display panel.

摘要： A method for forming an isolation structure on a semiconductor substrate includes opening a portion of a pad oxide layer overlying the substrate using a process gas including an etchant gas and a polymer-forming gas. A portion of the substrate exposed by the opening step is etched to form a trench having a first slope and a second slope. The first slope is greater than 45 degrees, and the second slope is less than 45 degrees. The trench is filled to form the isolation structure.
