The present invention provides a broadcast signal transmitting method. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to the present invention may comprise: a step of encoding data pipe (DP) data according to a code rate, the step of encoding DP data comprising a sub-step of forward error correction (FEC) encoding the DP data, a sub-step of bit-interleaving the FEC encoded DP data, and a sub-step of mapping the bit-interleaved DP data to constellation according to the code rate; a step of generating at least one signal frame by mapping the encoded DP data; and a step of modulating data of the generated signal frame by an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme and transmitting a broadcast signal including the modulated data of the signal frame.

The apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals, the apparatus comprises an encoder to encode service data corresponding to each of a plurality of physical paths, a time interleaver to the encoded service data in each physical path by a TI (Time Interleaving) block, wherein at least one virtual FEC block is ahead of FEC blocks in at least one TI block, wherein each TI block includes a variable number of FEC blocks of the encoded service data, wherein a number of the at least one virtual FEC block is defined based on a maximum number of FEC blocks of a TI block, a frame builder to build at least one signal frame including the time interleaved DP data, a modulator to modulate data in the built at least one signal frame by an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) scheme and a transmitter to transmit the broadcast signals having the modulated data.

Disclosed is an apparatus for transmitting a broadcast signal, comprising: an input formatting module configured to de-multiplex an input stream into at least one Data Pipe (DP); a BICM module configured to perform error correction processing on data of the at least one DP; a signal frame building module configured to map the data of the DP to symbols within a signal frame; and an OFDM generation module configured to generate a transmission broadcast signal by inserting a preamble into the signal frame and performing OFDM modulation, wherein the OFDM generation module comprises a pilot signal insertion module configured to insert a pilot signal comprising Continual Pilots (CP) and Scattered Pilots (SP) into the transmission broadcast signal, and wherein the CPs are inserted into every symbol of the signal frame, and location and number of the CPs are determined based on a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) size.

The method of transmitting data of the V2X communication device includes measuring a plurality of specific values related to a channel state of a specific channel via a plurality of antenna ports, and each of the plurality of specific values may be measured via each of the plurality of antenna ports. Further, the V2X communication device may determine whether the specific channel is in an idle state based on the plurality of specific values, and, if the specific channel is in the idle state, simultaneously transmit service data to a plurality of adjacent devices via the specific channel using the plurality of antenna ports.
