摘要: A flux for brazing aluminum members comprising potassium tetrafluoroaluminate, potassium pentafluoroaluminate and oxyfluoroaluminum, accomplishing the brazing of aluminum members at temperatures 5.degree. C. to 20.degree. C. lower than the temperature of conventional brazing that uses fluoride fluxes. Thus, heating energy required for the brazing can thus be saved, and conventional brazing equipment can be used as it is, in principle, without any changes; and since no expensive elements are used in the fluxes, the cost of brazing aluminum members can be reduced.

摘要: An inexpensive highly reliable power supply for small-sized electronic devices, in which any high-withstand-voltage diode which has been used conventionally is not used and reverse leak currents are prevented. A series circuit of a primary-side coil (34) of a switching transformer and a switching element (35) is connected between both ends of an input power source (31) and a series circuit composed of a resistor (32) and a capacitor (33) is also connected between both ends of the power source (31). The connecting point between the resistor (32) and capacitor (33) is connected to one end of the control winding (37) of the switching transformer and the other end of the winding (37) of the transformer is connected to the control terminal of the switching element (35). A discharge circuit (40) which is driven by signals from the control winding (37) of the transformer is used as a means for discharging the capacitor (33).

摘要: An ultrasonic wave nebulizer has a vibrator-heater assembly unit (4) mounted at bottom of a water container (1) for converting water to mist, and heating water to provide warm mist. The assembly unit (4) has a circular piezoelectric vibrator element (9), and a ring-shaped conductive plate (7) surrounding said vibrator element (9). A heater (11) is attached on the rear surface of the conductive plate (7) so that the heater (11) is out of water. The assembly unit (4) has also a circuit element (13) for energizing the vibrator element (9). Water is heated, preferably, at less than 70.degree. C.

摘要: In imaging a sample using an electron microscope, in order to reduce a time for focusing, a scanning range of a Z coordinate is reduced to complete focusing by obtaining SEM images such that: for a first predetermined number of portions, focal positions of an electron beam in obtaining each SEM image are moved in a predetermined range; then, a curved surface shape of the surface of the sample is estimated by using information relating to the focal positions of the electron beam in the first predetermined number of portions; after the images are taken, the range in which the focal positions of the electron beam are moved for scanning the electron beam on the surface of the sample is made to be narrower than the predetermined range by using the curved surface information estimated, thereby performing scanning to take the images of the sample.

摘要: Disclosed is a technique wherein an object that requires adjustment in order to increase the reliability of automatic classification can be easily identified. A device (140) for adjusting classification classifies defects into a first class group according to the feature amount of the defects that are obtained from image data obtained from an electron microscope (110), and classifies the defects into a second class group according to the feature amount of the defects classified into the first class group. And, the device (140) for adjusting the classification calculates classification performance by comparing the defects that have been classified into the second class group, and outputs the calculated classification performance in a predetermined display format to an output unit (180).
