Confirmation of the presence or absence of whipworm in the mammal may be made, for example, for the purpose of selecting an optimal course of treating the mammal and/or for the purpose of determining whether the mammal has been rid of the infection after treatment has been initiated.

摘要： Method and systems for editing data from a query result include requesting a query result using a unique collection identifier for a collection of individual files and a unique identifier for a configuration file that specifies a data structure for the query result. A query result is generated that contains a plurality of fields as specified by the configuration file, by combining each of the individual files associated with a unique identifier for a collection of individual files. The query result data is displayed with a plurality of labels as specified in the configuration file. Edits can be performed by querying a collection of individual files using the configuration file, editing a portion of the query result, and transmitting only the edited information for storage back into a data repository.

摘要： A system and method are provided for locking electronic devices when the devices are not in the same location as a user associated with the device. The system includes a plurality of users each having an identification tag and a plurality of electronic devices each having an identification tag. Location sensors are provided in a room and at entry and exit points for detecting the location of the tags. A database stores the location information of tags and associations of a user with one or more devices. A remote locking means invokes a lock command or an unlock command on an electronic device depending on whether or not the electronic device is in the same location as a user associated with the device. In one embodiment, the identification tags are radio frequency identification transponders and the location sensors are radio frequency identification readers.

摘要： This invention relates to tires wherein at least a portion of its tire tread containing a running surface is of a rubber composition comprised of a functionalized elastomer, silica reinforcement, particularly precipitated silica aggregates which contain hydroxyl groups (e.g. silanol groups) and a blocked alkoxyorganomercaptosilane coupling agent. The rubber composition may constitute the entire, or major portion of, the running surface of the tread or may be limited to only a longitudinal circumferential strip, or portion, of the running surface of the tread. Such functionalized elastomer is an elastomer which contains functional groups distributed along the polymer chain and/or at its terminal end. Such functional groups may be divided into two categories, namely, a first category which promotes adsorptive interactions with the precipitated silica and a second category which chemically bonds to the precipitated silica. Such functionalized elastomer may contain functional group(s) from either of both of said first and second categories. In addition, said functionalized elastomer may be tin coupled.

摘要： The invention relates to a tire having a rubber tread comprised of cap/base construction where the tread cap layer provides the running surface of the tread and the tread base layer underlies the tread cap layer and thereby provides a transition between the tread cap layer and the tire carcass. For this invention, the tread cap layer is comprised of a plurality of individual circumferential load-bearing zones of rubber compositions, which exhibit graduated physical properties, and which extend from the outer running surface of the tread cap layer radially inward to said tread base layer. In one aspect, the zoned rubber tread cap layer and rubber tread base layer are co-extruded together to form a unit as an integral tread rubber composite.
