摘要: A liquid crystal panel includes a liquid crystal layer and a substrate. The substrate includes a sealant bonding area, a cutting edge surrounding the sealant bonding area, and an abutting portion disposed between the sealant bonding area and the cutting edge. A height of the abutting portion is less than a thickness of the liquid crystal layer. The present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel. With the abutting portion disposed outside the sealant, the uncured sealant is limited from flowing to the cutting edge during the process of bonding the TFT substrate and the CF substrate. Thus, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal panel may not be influenced by the uncured sealant, and the distance L between the sealant and the cutting edge can be shortened to improve the coating precision of the sealant and the utilization rate of the substrate.

摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for converting an unsupported continuous tone image file with an opacity layer to an application supported image. An opacity mask is created from an extracted alpha channel portion of the unsupported image file, where the alpha channel comprises transparency (opacity) information for the image. The unsupported image file can comprise an eight-bit alpha channel that indicates transparency for one or more portions of the image. The remaining channels of the unsupported image, after the alpha channel is extracted, can be used to create an image, which is combined with the opacity mask, to generate a supported image with a transparency layer.

The thin-film-transistor includes a transfer pad arranged close to an outer rim of a displaying area and located on an inner surface of the thin-film-transistor substrate. The first alignment film is disposed over a surface of the thin-film-transistor substrate and covering the transfer pad; and a sealant deploying area is arranged on the thin-film-transistor substrate, and wherein an edge of the sealant deploying area is located outside of the displaying area of the liquid crystal display panel, wherein the sealant deploying area is partially arranged on the first alignment film. The distance between the edge of the displaying area of the LCD panel to the cutting edge of the LCD panel is tremendously shortened. Accordingly, by the provision of the present invention, the purpose of providing and designing a narrow-border LCD panel is readily achieved. The customer can readily appreciate the improvement provided by the present invention.

摘要: A semiconductor memory cell, a semiconductor memory device, and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The semiconductor memory cell may comprise: a substrate; a channel region on the substrate; a gate region above the channel region; a source region and a drain region on the substrate and at opposite sides of the channel region; and a buried layer, which is disposed between the substrate and the channel region and comprises a material having a forbidden band narrower than that of a material for the channel region material. The buried layer material has a forbidden band narrower than that of the channel region material, so that a hole barrier is formed in the buried layer. Due to the barrier, it is difficult for holes stored in the buried layer to leak out, resulting in an improved information holding duration of the memory cell utilizing the floating-body effect.

摘要: The present invention relates to a one time programming memory and method of storage and manufacture of the same. It belongs to microelectronic memory technology and manufacture field. The one time programming memory comprises a diode (10) having a unidirectional conducting rectification characteristic and a variable-resistance memory (20) having a bipolar conversion characteristic. The diode (10) having the unidirectional conducting rectification characteristic and the variable-resistance memory (20) having the bipolar conversion characteristic are connected in series. The one time programming memory device of the present invention takes the bipolar variable-resistance memory (20) as a storage unit, programming the bipolar variable-resistance memory (20) into different resistance states so as to carry out multilevel storage, and takes the unidirectional conducting rectification diode (10) as a gating unit. The rectification characteristic of unidirectional conducting rectification diode (10) can not only enable the bipolar variable-resistance storage (20) to be programmed only once but also inhibit crosstalk in a cross-array structure. The one time programming memory of the present invention is suitable to integration of the cross-array structure. It has the advantages like a simple structure, easy integration and high density. It can achieve multilevel storage and reduce the cost, which contribute to widely spreading and application of the present invention.

摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for high fidelity conversion of a document to a less rich format. A bounding area can be identified in the document that comprises an unsupported element, and/or a blending of elements that is not supported in the less rich format. The bounding area that comprises the unsupported element(s) can be rasterized, by creating an image and identifying raster data for the image. Those elements in the document that are outside the bounding area are not rasterized, and their vector data-based format is retained in the converted document.

摘要: When presenting a news feed (e.g., statuses of contacts in a social media network), it may be inefficient to display the data items in a single column according to a single filter, such as a designated group of contacts. Rather, from the data feed, a set of at least two data subfeeds may be generated based on different filters, and the at least two data subfeeds may be currently presented to the user (e.g., as two or more vertically aligned columns, each presenting a different set of data items based on a different filter.) The user may prefer the concurrent presentation due to the contextual separation of the data items according to different filters, and may more easily administrate the filters and groupings; e.g., dragging data items from one column to another column may alter the filters to achieve a more preferred sorting of data items in future presentations.

摘要: A device for reducing the dark lines on a light scattering guide plate according to the present invention comprises a light scattering guide plate and at least one vein is disposed on a part of the surface of the light incident side thereof. At least one light tube is installed at the outer end of light incident side of the guide plate and a reflecting cover used to cover the light tubes is installed at the light incident side of the guide plate. Therefore, a beam can be scattered or converged to cause the dark lines around the light incident side to be shrunk or weakened effectively to enhance the light uniformity of the entire guide plate.
