    Abstract: Interference management in calibration of a pre-distorter for a power amplifier of a user device. The method includes measuring strength of signals received via of beams of one or more antenna arrays of a user equipment; ordering the beams on the basis of the measurement strengths; selecting from the ordered beams at least one beam for calibration of a pre-distorter for a power amplifier of the user equipment; obtaining information of available measurement resources for the calibration; transmitting a calibration signal using the selected beam at the time of the available measurement resources; receiving the calibration signal by another radio frequency chain of the antenna array which is not used in the transmission of the calibration signal; obtaining calibration information on the basis of the transmitted calibration signal and the received calibration signal; and calibrating the pre-distorter based on the calibration information.

    Abstract: A network element estimates a position of a user equipment served by a first network and a second network. At the network element, at least one memory and computer program code are configured to, with at least one processor, cause the network element to: determine first position measurement information for the user equipment in the first network; obtain position assistance data associated with the second network, the position assistance data including at least second position measurement information for the user equipment in the second network; obtain frequency offset information and time offset information for transmissions in the first network and transmissions in the second network; and estimate a position of the user equipment based on the first position measurement information, the second position measurement information, the frequency offset information and the time offset information.

    Abstract: Various example embodiments relate to a solution for positioning of a low power device using sidelink peers. A target user device for a locally assisted positioning procedure may receive a trigger event to initiate positioning of the target user device, the trigger event originating from a location management function in relation to the locally assisted positioning procedure. The target user device may transmit at least one local positioning aid request to one or more anchor user devices for the locally assisted positioning procedure, the at least one local positioning aid request indicating a need for the locally assisted positioning procedure for the positioning of the target user device. Devices, methods, and computer programs are disclosed.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of antenna configuration for positioning. The method comprises identifying, at a first device, at least one second device hearable by the first device based on a monitoring of respective reference signals from the at least one second device; determining respective transmit power on at least two antenna panels allocated for the at least one second device based on a measurement associated with the respective reference signals; and transmitting, to the at least one second device, a message associated with a positioning of the first device by using the at least two antenna panels with the respective transmit power. In this way, the chance of successful PRACH for positioning reception at all identified involved gNBs may be optimized for maximized positioning accuracy at low latency and low UE power consumption.
