    摘要: A boat propulsion system includes a shift mechanism arranged to change a shift position among forward, neutral, and reverse. A shift position detection mechanism is connected to a control lever with a wire. The shift position detection mechanism has a detected member and a position detection section. The detected member is displaced corresponding to an operation position of the control lever as the control lever is operated. The position detection section detects a position of the detected member. The position detection section outputs a shift position signal corresponding to the detected position of the detected member. A control device controls the shift position of the shift mechanism on the basis of the shift position signal. The boat propulsion system provided with the shift mechanism of an electronic control type can replace a boat propulsion system provided with a shift mechanism of a mechanical type at low cost.

    摘要: Conventional gas-phase catalytic oxidation reaction apparatus comprising two reactors for production of acrylic acid is subject to problems of high equipment costs for the reactors and piping, necessity for wide installation area and easy accumulation of carbides generated by autoxidation of acrolein. On the other hand, conventional reaction apparatus comprising a single reactor has the drawbacks that the composition of gas in the first stage reaction and in the second stage reaction cannot be optimized independently of each other, and that the allowable concentration of starting propylene is limited because of the risk of explosion. As a reaction apparatus to solve these problems, this invention provides a fixed bed shell-and-tube reaction apparatus comprising a single reactor, characterized in that the inside of the reactor is divided into two reaction zones of the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone, and that a space equipped with a mechanism for introducing a gaseous substance from outside is provided between the two reaction zones.

    摘要: A marine propulsion system includes a power source, a propeller, a shift mechanism, a control lever, a rotational speed sensor, and a control device. The shift mechanism is switchable among three shift positions including forward, neutral, and reverse. The control lever is operable by the marine vessel operator to switch the shift position of the shift mechanism. The rotational speed sensor detects the rotational speed of the propeller. The control device controls at least one of the power source and the shift mechanism so as to reduce the rotational speed of the propeller if the rotational speed sensor detects a rotational speed of the propeller when the control lever is in a position corresponding to the neutral shift position. As a result, the propeller is prevented from rotating when a control lever is in a neutral position.

    摘要: In an outboard motor having a power transmission mechanism for transmitting power of an engine to a propeller, the power transmission mechanism has a transmission ratio changing unit having a planetary gear train including a sun gear, planetary gears, and an internal gear. The internal gear is connected to an input side shaft on the engine side. The planetary gears are connected to an output side shaft on the propeller side. The sun gear is connected to a stationary portion via a one-way clutch. The planetary gears and the internal gear and/or the sun gear are connected by an on-off clutch. When the on-off clutch is disengaged, the one-way clutch is engaged and the speed from the input side shaft is outputted from the output side shaft with a reduced speed. When the on-off clutch is engaged, the speed from the input side shaft is outputted from the output side shaft with the same speed.
