摘要: A signal compensation circuit compensates for direct-current offset of an input signal by amplifying the input signal with an amplifier having a variable direct-current offset. A low-speed negative feedback loop charges and discharges a capacitor in an integrating circuit according to the direct-current component of the amplified signal. A high-speed negative feedback loop charges and discharges the same capacitor at a faster rate when the amplified signal goes outside an allowable amplitude range. The capacitor potential is used to control the direct-current offset of the amplifier. The allowable amplitude range is adjusted according to the amplitude of the amplified signal. High-speed compensation can thus be combined with a tolerance for runs of identical code levels in the input signal.

摘要: Musical score of a music piece is divided into a plurality of displaying portions, and display progression information is supplied which defines a shift or jump, in the displaying portions, of a performed measure based on a repeat sign. Next displaying portion to be displayed following a current displaying portion is determined, and display switching timing at which the current performance progression of the music piece shifts from the current displaying portion to the next displaying portion is detected on the basis of the display progression information and performance progression information. By switching between the displaying portions in response to detection of the display switching timing, sequential switching from the current displaying portion to the next displaying portion can take place appropriately in accordance with progression of the performance. Because the display progression information pre-defines a shift of the performed measure based on a repeat sign, it is possible to readily perform the switching between the displaying portions in response to such a shift or jump of the performed measure. Also, score portions of a plurality of displaying portions can be displayed side by side on a display screen, in which case a next score displaying section (including a plurality of displaying portions) to be displayed following a current score displaying section (including a plurality of displaying portions) is determined in accordance with the display progression information.

摘要: In bit phase synchronizing circuitry, received data with an unknown phase and triphase clocks output from a reset VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) are input to a timing decision circuit. If preselected one of the triphase clocks and the received data have an adequate relation, the decision circuit causes the current clock phase to be maintained. If otherwise, the decision circuit determines whether the current clock phase should be advanced or retarded. The resulting decision signal output from the decision circuit is fed to a selector controller. The decision circuit latches the received data with the preselected one of the triphase clocks and outputs them together with the clock used for latching. A phase controller causes the reset VCO to selectively operate in a phase shift mode or in a multiplication PLL (Phase Locked Loop) mode. The circuitry is capable of setting up bit phase synchronization stably and rapidly with a simple configuration without regard to the phase of the received data. In addition, the circuitry is little susceptible to noise.

摘要: A voice processing apparatus modulates an input voice into an output voice according to a parameter set. In the voice processing apparatus, a microphone inputs an audio signal which represents an input voice having a frequency spectrum specific to the input voice. An audio signal processor is configured by a parameter set to process the audio signal according to the parameter set to modify the frequency spectrum of the input voice. A parameter table is provided for storing a plurality of parameter sets, each of which differently characterizes modification of the frequency spectrum by the audio signal processor. A CPU selects a desired one of the parameter sets from the parameter table, and configures the audio signal processor by the selected parameter set. A loudspeaker outputs the audio signal which is processed by the audio signal processor and which represents an output voice characterized by the selected parameter set.

摘要: A combined-operation type switching apparatus which is downsized and exhibits excellent operability. An operation unit is rotatably and slidably held by a housing. An operation ring is also rotatably held by the housing. The operation ring is rotated together with the operation unit only when the operation unit is pressed. A drive unit is movably supported by a shaft of the operation unit via a spring. A push switch (swell) actuated by pressing the drive unit and rotation detecting switches (projections) actuated by rotating a drive rod of the operation ring are placed inside the housing. A first pair of rotation detecting switches is actuated by rotation of the operation unit when the operation unit is not pressed. The push switch and a second pair of rotation detection switches are actuated by pressing the operation unit such that the operation unit slides along its axis toward the push switch, and then rotating the operation unit. The second pair of rotation detecting switches is actuated (without actuating the push switch) by rotation of the operation ring without pressing the operation unit. In this manner, a plurality of switch operations are performed with a minimal number of members.

摘要: In a karaoke apparatus, a memory device stores song data containing at least accompaniment information representative of a karaoke accompaniment of a desired song and vocal information representative of a model singing voice of the song performed by a model singer. A producing device processes the stored accompaniment information to produce the karaoke accompaniment. An input device collects an actual singing voice performed in parallel to the karaoke accompaniment by a karaoke player. A reading device reads out the vocal information from the memory device in parallel to the karaoke accompaniment. A modifying device modifies at least a volume and a pitch of the model singing voice represented by the read vocal information according to an actual volume and an actual pitch of the collected actual singing voice. An output device sounds the modified model singing voice in place of the collected actual singing voice and in parallel to the karaoke accompaniment.
