    摘要： A tape cartridge includes a pair of hubs and a casing. The respective hubs include respective drums for winding a tape-shaped medium thereon and respective cylinders with respective driving shaft insertion bores for accepting respective driving shafts of a recording/reproducing device. The hubs are rotatably supported in the a casing having upper and lower halves. The casing has driving shaft insertion holes formed therein so as to accept the respective driving shafts. The cartridge includes a slider for slidably covering the respective driving shaft insertion holes and a hub brake engageable with the respective hubs. The respective hubs have teeth provided on respective upper portions thereof so as to be engageable with the hub brake. Recesses are formed between the respective drums and the respective inner cylinders so as to have respective upper ends thereof opened. The respective drums have respective outer peripheral surfaces between adjoining teeth conformed to inner peripheral surfaces of the respective recesses. The respective teeth have a portion extending into the respective recesses.

    摘要： A storage case includes a main body and a cover member so supported by rotary spindles as to be rotatable with respect to the main body and rotatable between an opening position and a closing position. The cover member includes cartridge holding members, formed on right and left sides thereof, for holding and integrally rotating a cartridge inserted into between the main body and the cover member when the cover member rotates to the opening position. When the cover member is closed, an opening, which permits an insertion of a mini disk from outside, is formed between the main body and the cover member. The cover member is opened, whereby the mini disk encased in the storage case also rotates, and hence, even when an index card is disposed between, e.g., the mini disk and the main body, the index card can be taken out without pulling out the mini disk.

A rotating disc is provided on one surface thereof opposite to a magnetic head of the apparatus with a head cleaning member and on the other surface thereof opposite to an objective lens of the apparatus with lens cleaning members. The rotating disc includes a disc body which is provided with an inventory region defined on an inner peripheral side of a lens cleaning member arrangement region, a reproduction-only region defined on an outer peripheral side of the lens cleaning member arrangement region, and an information recording and reproducing region outside the reproduction-only region.

    摘要： A synchronized clock generating apparatus includes a delayed clock generating circuit including a plurality of serially connected delaying elements for generating delayed clock signals delayed successively to an incoming basic clock signal. A plurality of storage elements store therein a predetermined level in response to transitions occurring in associated ones of the basic and delayed clock signals after an asynchronous trigger signal is applied thereto. A clock selection logic circuit is controlled by the output signal from the storage elements for detecting the clock signal transition occurring closest in time to the application of the asynchronous trigger signal, and for selecting a desired one of the clock signals based on the result of the detection, as a synchronized clock input signal.

    摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit according to the present invention has a series circuit of a first field effect transistor and a load which is connected between a first potential point and a second potential point. The first field effect transistor operates in response to a control signal inputted in a gate thereof, whereby a high-level or low-level output signal is extracted from a node between the first field effect transistor and the load to output terminal. A second field effect transistor is also connected between the output terminal and the first potential point. Thus, when a surge causing the first field effect transistor to break down is applied to the output terminal, the second field effect transistor conducts to pass a surge current, whereby the first field effect transistor is prevented from being broken down.
