Abstract: A display apparatus includes a panel driver; a display panel including a plurality of pixels connected to a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines through a plurality of switching elements; and a processor configured to control the panel driver to output a gate signal through the plurality of gate lines, and display an image in the display panel by controlling the panel driver to apply, through the plurality of data lines, data voltage to pixels, from among the plurality of pixels, connected with switching elements, from among the plurality of switching elements, to which the gate signal is output, wherein the processor is further configured to control, based on a user input for selecting a ratio of the image, the panel driver to output the gate signal to at least one first gate line connected with a first subset of pixels, from among the plurality of pixels, for displaying the image according to the user input.

Abstract: A slurry composition is used to treat a surface of a target structure including at least one of a first polishing target film and a second polishing target film, which include different materials from each other, by a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process. The slurry composition includes: polishing particles; a first inhibitor including a nonionic polymer to selectively bond to the first polishing target film; and a second inhibitor including an anionic polymer to selectively bond to the second polishing target film. A method of manufacturing an integrated circuit device includes: forming, on a substrate, a target structure including at least one of a first polishing target film and a second polishing target film; applying the slurry composition onto the target structure; and treating a surface of the target structure by a CMP process while the slurry composition covers the target structure.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a plurality of coils, power conversion circuits, demodulation switches, and a processor. The power conversion circuits convert DC power into AC power, and output the AC power to the plurality of coils, respectively. The demodulation switches selectively connect the plurality of coils to ground. The processor selects at least one coil from among the plurality of coils, and controls an on/off state of the demodulation switches to connect or disconnect at least one remaining coil except for the selected at least one coil among the plurality of coils to the ground. The processor controls the power conversion circuits to output the AC power to the selected at least one coil and demodulates a signal of the selected at least one coil to identify information from an external electronic device disposed adjacent to a selected at least one coil based on the demodulation.

The processor receives position information and corrected pixel value of a first area in a first display module; identifies a pixel corresponding to the first area based on the position information; obtains a correction coefficient corresponding to the identified pixel based on the corrected pixel value and an output pixel value of the identified pixel; obtains correction coefficients corresponding to each of a plurality of remaining pixels based on the correction coefficient and a distance between the identified pixel and each of the remaining pixels and stores same in a memory; processes an input image based on the correction coefficients, and controls the display panel to display the processed input image. The device thereby improves display uniformity between display modules more effectively.
