    摘要: A measuring endoscope apparatus is disclosed having a light source unit that emits low coherence light, a probe that illuminates the observation object with the low coherence light and that collects light reflected by the observation object, and a single optical fiber that optically connects the light source unit and the probe. The light source unit includes a first low coherence light splitting part and an optical path length adjustment part. The probe includes a second low coherence light splitting part, a low coherence light multiplexing part, a lens that forms images using light returned from the observation object and an image detector that captures interference patterns and/or images using light reflected by the observation object. By using the low coherence light, surface conditions, such as roughness, can be accurately measured.

    摘要: A lens array sheet, a transparent screen using the same, and a rear-projection display device are provided in which it is possible to control a perspective angle for the image in both a horizontal direction and a vertical direction without causing a problem in that a gain of a light is reduced by an optical absorption and an S/N ratio is reduced by an increased white dispersion. First lens and second lens arrays are formed by disposing a plurality of half-cylindrical lenses in parallel on a common plane such that longitudinal directions of the cylindrical lenses should be orthogonal to each other. A unified lens array layer and a shading layer in which a section through which a light does not transmit is formed on a focal plane of the lens array layer form a lens array sheet. Furthermore, fresnel lenses are combined so as to form a transparent screen.

    摘要: A molding die has through holes composed of feed holes and slit grooves for producing honeycomb structure bodies. The slit groove is formed in at least a part of each through hole. In a method of inspecting the molding die, a light is irradiated into the feed holes side to pass through the through holes. A camera is disposed at the slit groove formation side of the molding die to photograph the amount of light output from the slit groove side. A difference in intensity of the amount of light output from the slit grooves is calculated in order to detect at least the presence of a defective slit groove having an abnormal part. In another method of repairing the defective slit groove, a modifier made of abrasive grains and clay mother material is forcedly provided into the defective slit groove in order to repair or remove the abnormal part.

An inner surface measuring apparatus is provided which comprises: a low coherent light source that outputs low coherent light in to two; a low coherent light dividing section that divides one portion of the low coherent light; a light path length adjusting section that adjusts a light path length of one of the low coherent lights divided by the low coherent light dividing section; a straight rod shaped probe that irradiates the other of the low coherent lights divided by the low coherent light dividing section from a front end section onto a measurement object arranged in a direction intersecting with the lengthwise direction of the probe; a low coherent light multiplexing section that multiplexes a low coherent light that returns having been reflected on the measurement object with the one low coherent light whose light path length has been adjusted by the light path length adjusting section; a light detector that detects the multiplexed low coherent light; and a rotation mechanism that relatively rotates the probe and the measurement object about an axis along the lengthwise direction of the probe.

    摘要: A method of braking force distribution and a braking force control system for a vehicle provide a proper control on distribution between braking force between front wheels and rear wheels by controlling braking force on a rear right wheel and a rear left wheel such that an actual wheel speed of each rear wheel follows a target wheel speed thereof. The method includes the steps of calculating a current target wheel speed of each rear wheel to be used based on an actual deceleration speed of at least one of the front wheels and a previous target wheel speed of each rear wheel; and controlling braking force on each of the rear wheels based on the thus calculated current target wheel speed.
