摘要: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory recovers variation in the threshold of a memory cell due to disturbance related to a word line. The nonvolatile memory continuously performs many writing operations without carrying out single-sector erasing after each writing operation, performing the additional writing operations quicker than the usual writing operation, and lightening the burden imposed on software for use in additional writing. The data stored in a designated sector is read out before being saved in a register, and the selected sector is subjected to single-sector erasing when a predetermined command is given. Then write expected value data is formed from the saved data and data to be additionally written, completing the writing operation.

摘要: An electron beam test system is capable of judging high/low potentials with respect to a DC signal and a signal having no change in potential. The electron beam test system analyzes breakdowns by irradiating an electron beam to a semiconductor integrated circuit device to be analyzed and obtaining a potential contrast. The electron beam test system has a tester, an electron gun and a detector. The tester holds a test pattern to be supplied to the semiconductor integrated circuit device for a predetermined time, and performs an operation of changing direct current power source and an input signal to a reference potential at high speed on the semiconductor integrated circuit device. The electron gun irradiates the electron beam to the semiconductor integrated circuit device. The detector takes in the potential contrast right after the direct current power source and the input signal are changed to the reference potential.

摘要: The fine jet control type sound absorption system of this invention, aimed at absorbing low-frequency sound with both discrete frequency and broadband frequency to the same degree as already existing acoustic lining can do, is composed of two parts. One is a barrier wall covering an air space in which the concerning low-frequency sound propagates and having a multiplicity of small holes formed therein. The other is the means for causing a fine jet passing through these small holes into or out from the air space. This sound absorption system realizes a fine jet in the vicinity of the barrier wall for the purpose of canceling the sound inside the air space by means of the interference of the sound with the fine jets. Any of or a combination of shape of small holes, jet ejection angle or suction angle, amount of jet flow, thickness of a barrier wall back layer and air flow angle at which secondary air flows into the barrier wall back layer is selected.

摘要: A radio signal receiving apparatus and a method of radio signal receiving for improving the receiving characteristic by limit the excessive compensation in the AFC circuit are realized. The base band phasing signal output from the phase detector is input to the AFC unit. In the AFC unit, the base band phasing signal is supplied to two ways, one is supplied to a series processing path of the frequency error detecting part, the integrating equalizing part, the numerical limiting part and the integrator, and another is supplied to the adder. In the former case, the frequency error of the base band phasing signal supplied to the frequency detecting part is detected, the detected frequency error is integrated and equalized for every one symbol in the integrating equalizing part and, after that, the equalized frequency error value is limited within a predetermined range in the numerical limiting part, and finally, the frequency error limited by the numerical limiting part is integrated for every one symbol in the integrator. The integrated frequency error is subtracted from the original base band phasing signal, which is the signal of the latter case, by the adder.
