摘要: A speed reducing gear train includes a starter driven gear, a starting one-way clutch interposed between the starter driven gear and a crankshaft for permitting power transmission from the starter driven gear to the side of the crankshaft. The speed reducing gear train and the starting one-way clutch being provided between a starter motor and the crankshaft with a transmission accommodated in a crankcase. The transmission includes gear trains for selectively establishing a plurality of gear speeds with the gear trains being between a main shaft and a counter shaft. The starter motor can produce power for driving the vehicle and to impart a drive assisting force. A power transmitting gear meshing with the starter driven gear is relatively rotatably mounted on the main shaft through a running one-way clutch permitting power transmission from the power transmitting gear to the side of the main shaft.

摘要: A vehicle power unit including a speed reducing gear train including a starter driven gear, a starting one-way clutch interposed between the starter driven gear and a crankshaft. The speed reducing gear train and the starting one-way clutch are provided between a starter motor and the crankshaft. A transmission includes gear trains for a plurality of gear speeds wherein the gear trains are provided between a main shaft and a counter shaft. A hybrid type configuration is possible wherein the starter motor produces power for driving the vehicle and to impart a drive assisting force. The starter motor can be changed over between a normal rotational operation and a reverse rotational operation. A power transmission idle gear is interposed between the starter driven gear and a power transmitting gear through a running one-way clutch for permitting power transmission to the side of the main shaft.

摘要: A shift control apparatus for a motor vehicle including an internal combustion engine and a continuously variable transmission (CVT) is provided for controlling the speed ratio of the CVT depending upon operating conditions of the vehicle. The control apparatus determines whether an electronic throttle valve of the engine is at fault or not, and restricts the speed ratio of the CVT when the throttle valve is at fault such that the input-side rotation speed of the transmission is variable within a range that is narrower than a range in which the rotation speed is variable during normal running of the vehicle. The range of the input-side rotation speed may be defined by the upper limit, or the lower limit, or both the upper limit and the lower limit.

摘要: A control apparatus is provided in a vehicle equipped with a power source and a continuously variable transmission. The continuously variable transmission is connected to the power source. The control apparatus includes a target power determinator, a target revolutions determinator, a determining device, a setting device and a target torque determinator. The target power determinator determines a target power of the power source. The target revolutions determinator determines target revolutions on the basis of the target power. The determining device determines whether the vehicle is a transient driving condition or not. The setting device sets the target revolutions as setting revolutions when the determining device determines that the vehicle is not in the transient driving condition. The setting device sets revolutions different from the target revolutions as the setting revolutions when the determining device determines that the vehicle is in a transient driving condition. The target torque determinator determines a target output torque of the power source on the basis of the target power and the setting revolutions. Since the vehicle is controlled in accordance with the driving condition of the vehicle, a jerky feeling can be avoided and ride quality or drivability of the vehicle is prevented from being deteriorated, even when the vehicle is in a transient driving condition.

摘要: In a sense amplifier circuit, an output potential is set in a data output state when an operation of the sense amplifier is a worst pass before the start of read access. In a memory read mode, when data corresponding to the worst-pass operation of the sense amplifier circuit is read out, the circuit is previously set in a corresponding data output state. A time delay (gate delay) by a gate does not occur. In contrast, when data corresponding to the best-pass operation of the sense amplifier circuit is read out, the gate delay occurs by this operation. The gate delay, however, is shorter than that of the worst pass. As a result, only the best pass is present as the operation mode of the sense amplifier circuit. Therefore, a high operation speed is achieved, so that a high read speed of the entire memory is achieved.

摘要: The gate of a first P-channel transistor of a first comparator is supplied with an input signal, and the gate of a second P-channel transistor of the first comparator is supplied with a reference voltage. An output terminal of the first comparator is connected to an output circuit and the gates of first and second P-channel transistors of a second comparator are supplied with the reference voltage. The second comparator outputs a voltage equal to a stand-by time output voltage of the first comparator and the output voltage from the second comparator is supplied to the non-inversion input terminal of a third comparator which is connected to a voltage generating circuit. The voltage generating circuit has substantially the same dimension ratio as the output circuit and generates a voltage equal to the threshold voltage of the output circuit. A third comparator controls the first P-channel transistors of the first and second comparators in accordance with a difference voltage between the output voltage of the second comparator and the output voltage of the voltage generating circuit to thereby automatically set a stand-by time output voltage of the first comparator at a value close to the threshold of the output circuit.

摘要: A liquidometer composed of a siphon for emitting a sample liquid stored in a reservoir and a liquid level sensor for sensing the level of the sample remained in the reservoir. The siphon further includes a pair of sensors for counting the number of emission thereof, while the liquid level sensor includes two rows of resistive film with a plurality of sensing elements embedded therein. Outside the liquidometer, there are provided a counter connected to the emission sensor, a level calculator connected to the liquid level sensor, and a calculator coupled to both. A gross amount of the sample liquid having been measured for a period of hours is obtained by adding together a count signal from the counter which represents the quantity of the sample liquid fully stored in the reservoir and a signal from the level counter which represents the liquid level of the remaining sample liquid. Moreover, variations in the quantity of the sample for a predetermined period is computed by the calculator in response to its internal clock.
