摘要: A device (150, 250) for recovering liquid droplets from a fluid flow stream containing the liquid droplets entrained therein includes a rotatable element (164, 256) formed with a partially enclosed fluid volume (184, 262). The fluid is injected into the partially enclosed fluid volume while the rotatable element (164, 256) is being rotated. The rotation generates a centrifugal force capable of moving liquid droplets deposited onto inside surfaces of the partially enclosed fluid volume (184, 262) to a perimeter wall inside surface (172, 284) and to hold a layer of liquid against the inside surface (172, 284). An output liquid conduit (208, 286) is formed to enter into the partially enclosed fluid volume (184, 262) and to position a collection aperture (212, 290) proximate to the inside surface (172, 284) for collecting liquid from the layer of liquid held against the inside surface (172, 284). The device (150, 250) is usable to recover liquid water from the outflow of a hydrogen fuel cell system (100).

摘要: Methods, systems and computer program products for generating parameters for software dispersion compensation in optical coherence tomography (OCT) systems are provided. Raw spectral interferogram data is acquired for a given lateral position on a sample and a given reference reflection. A trial spectral phase corresponding to each wavenumber sample of the acquired spectral interferogram data is postulated. The acquired raw spectral data and the postulated trial spectral phase data are assembled into trial complex spectrum data. Trial A-scan data is computed by performing an inverse Fourier transform on the trial complex spectrum data and determining the magnitude of a result.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for workflow decision management. Embodiments include maintaining a device state history; identifying a device usage pattern in dependence upon the device state history; identifying a workflow scenario in dependence upon the device usage pattern; identifying a workflow in dependence upon the workflow scenario; executing the workflow including sending a message to a device to administer at least one value of an attribute of the device; and logging the message. Logging the message may be carried out by recording in a message log message information describing the message sent to the device.

摘要: An integrated article of footwear including a waterproofing membrane direct attached to an upper of the footwear. An outsole is further secured to the membrane and/or the upper. In one embodiment, the membrane includes a visible aesthetic bead in the footwear forefoot region, but not the heel region. The membrane may be of greater thickness in the forefoot region to provide added rigidity. A heel cradle is positioned in the footwear heel region between the upper and the outsole. The footwear provides the durability of a direct attach construction in the forefoot and the comfort and cushion of an athletic construction in the heel of the shoe. A method for constructing the footwear includes direct attaching the membrane to an upper of the shoe. Optionally, a heel cradle is disposed in the heel region of the shoe, and the outsole is secured to the heel cradle and/or upper there.
