Abstract:
Methods, and apparatus, enabling an originating service provider to automatically obtain from a 3rd party service provider and run a software service online. Method comprising: originating service provider negotiating license with 3rd party service provider over certain software service run by 3rd party service provider; license stipulating life cycle information of software service, enabling originating service provider to automatically obtain software service; 3rd party provider delivering software service to originating service provider in response to agreements of license; and originating service provider automatically deploying software service in self-hosted environment according to stipulation of the license. Based on the method and apparatus of the present invention, the service provider can automatically and flexibly obtain a software service to reduce costs of the service provider and ensure quality of the software service, and facilitate the expansion of software service filed and software service update.
Abstract:
The present invention addresses an ongoing need in the art to improve the stability of immunogenic compositions such as polysaccharide-protein conjugates and protein immunogens. The invention broadly relates to novel formulations which stabilize and inhibit precipitation of immunogenic compositions. More particularly, the invention described hereinafter, addresses a need in the art for formulations which stabilize and inhibit particulate formation (e.g., aggregation, precipitation) of immunogenic compositions which are processed, developed, formulated, manufactured and/or stored in container means such as fermentors, bioreactors, vials, flasks, bags, syringes, rubber stoppers, tubing and the like.
Abstract:
This disclosure describes techniques for generating depth maps for video units, such as video frames or slices video frames. The techniques may be performed by a video encoder in order to convert two-dimensional (2D) video to three-dimensional (3D) video. The techniques may alternatively be performed by a video decoder in order to convert received 2D video to 3D video. The techniques may use a combination of motion and color considerations in the depth map generation process.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for generating identity data to be provisioned in product devices that are a part of a project. The method includes establishing a template associated with each CA in a hierarchical chain of CAs having a root CA at a highest level in the chain and a signing CA at a lowest level in the chain. The template associated with the signing CA inherits mandatory attribute fields specified in the root CA and any intermediate CA in the hierarchical chain. The mandatory attribute fields are user-specifiable fields to be populated with PKI data. A configuration file is generated upon receipt of an order for digital certificates using PKI data provided by a user to populate the mandatory attribute fields of the template associated with the signing CA. The digital certificates requested in the order are generated using the PKI data in the configuration file.
Abstract:
A multiplexer may produce an MPEG-2 (Motion Picture Experts Group) System standard bitstream comprising views with nonconsecutive view order indexes. In one example, an apparatus comprises a video encoder that encodes a plurality of views of a scene, a multiplexer that constructs a data structure for signaling that a corresponding MPEG-2 (Motion Picture Experts Group) System standard bitstream comprises a first view of the plurality of views of the scene associated with a first view order index and a second view of the plurality of views of the scene associated with a second view order index, wherein the first view order index and the second view order index are non-consecutive, and an output interface that outputs the data structure.
Abstract:
A method for managing a web service client update without recompiling or redeploying of the client code includes the following steps or acts of: receiving a request for the web service from a subscribed client; transmitting the request to the web service; receiving notification of the web service update from a service provider or registry or some other means; parsing the notification and retrieving parameters describing the web service update; marshalling the parameters; determining whether the new web service update is compatible with the current web service invoked by the client application; updating the local service proxy instance with the marshaled parameters if the new web service update is compatible with the current web service invoked by the client application; and transmitting a notification if the web service update is not compatible with the current web service invoked by the client application.
Abstract:
Methods, reagents, kits and systems are disclosed for determining an analyte in a sample suspected of containing the analyte where all reagents are soluble in aqueous solution. One assay method includes treating a sample suspected of containing the analyte under conditions such that if the analyte is present, an activator is brought into reactive configuration with a chemiluminescent compound to activates it. The sample is also treated with an agent to reduce signal not related to analyte. Finally, the sample is treated with a trigger solution thereby producing light from the activated chemiluminescent compound. No reagents are associated with a surface or other solid phase.
Abstract:
The component of magnesium halide adduct is represented by MgX2 mROH nE pH2O, in which X is chlorine, bromine, C1-C14alkoxy or aryloxy; R is C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl or C6-C10 aryl; E is represented by the general formula (II), wherein R1 and R2 which can be the same or different to each other, are hydrogen or linear or branched C1-C10 hydrocarbon groups, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, C7-C10 alkaryl or aralkyl, optionally, the said aryl or alkylaryl or arylalkyl is substituted by one or more halogen in the aromatic ring, R1 and R2 can form ring or fused ring. R3 and R4 have the same meaning of R1 and R2 except that they can't be hydrogen, m is 1-5, n is 0.005-1.0, and p is 0-0.8. Spherical catalyst component and catalyst made from the above spherical magnesium halide adduct and their use in polymerising the alpha-olefins CH2=CHR and their mixture are provided, in which R is hydrogen or C1-C12 alkyl or aryl.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method to replicate one or more files between non-symmetric storage systems are disclosed. The method supplies a first storage system comprising a first configuration, a first volume, a first file system, and a first replication appliance comprising first replication appliance memory. The method further supplies a second storage system comprising a second configuration, a second volume, a second file system, and a second replication appliance comprising second replication appliance memory, where the first configuration differs from the second configuration. The first storage system receives a dataset, writes that dataset to the first volume as a first file. Applicants' method then replicates the first file to the second volume as a second file, and maintains in the second replication appliance memory a second replication appliance mapping associating the first file with the second file.
Abstract:
A method for improving the performance of the BLSkip mode in SVC includes the steps of upsampling the motion field of the base layer, interpolating the motion vectors for the intra MBs, interpolating the 8×8 block motion field to a 4×4 block motion field, and generating a MV predictor for a 4×4 block in BLSkip mode using neighbor candidates.
