    摘要: In the present invention, switching circuits connected in middle points of power supply lines of a three-phase alternating-current power supply are switched to cause currents to intermittently flow on primary windings of a transformer, a voltage generated on a secondary winding is rectified and smoothed, and then is outputted to a load. The switching circuits each include: a series circuit including a first primary winding, a bidirectional switch and a second primary winding, which are connected in series in this order; a drive circuit power supply generating circuit generating a direct-current positive voltage and a direct-current negative voltage by use of an alternating-current power supply voltage applied between two ends of the series circuit; and a drive circuit performing on-off drive of the bidirectional switch. A reference potential point of the bidirectional switch is connected to a reference potential point of the drive circuit power supply generating circuit.

    摘要: In a non-volatile storage system, a programming portion of a program-verify iteration has multiple programming pulses, and storage elements along a word line are selected for programming according to a pattern. Unselected storage elements are grouped to benefit from channel-to-channel capacitive coupling from both primary and secondary neighbor storage elements. The coupling is helpful to boost channel regions of the unselected storage elements to a higher channel potential to prevent program disturb. Each selected storage element has a different relative position within its set. For example, during a first programming pulse, first, second and third storage elements are selected in first, second and third sets, respectively. During a second programming pulse, second, third and first storage elements are selected in the first, second and third sets, respectively. During a third programming pulse, third, first and second storage elements are selected in the first, second and third sets, respectively.

The particle beam irradiation apparatus according to the present invention includes: an emission control portion that controls emission and termination of a particle beam; a control portion that sequentially changes an irradiation position of the particle beam relative to an affected area; first and second dosimeters that measure dose rates of the particle beam directed to the affected area; and an abnormality determination portion that accumulates the dose rates output from the first and second dosimeters for each of predetermined determination periods to calculate first and second sectional dose measurement values and that performs second abnormality determination of determining that there is an abnormality and outputs an interlock signal for terminating the emission of the particle beam in at least one of a case in which the first sectional dose measurement value exceeds a predetermined first reference range and a case in which the second sectional dose measurement value exceeds a predetermined second reference range.

In some aspects, different doping is used in the MLC blocks than the SLC blocks. In some aspects, different isolation is used in the MLC blocks than the SLC blocks. Techniques are disclosed that apply different read parameters depending on how many times a block has been programmed/erased. Therefore, blocks that have been cycled many times are read using different parameters than blocks that have been cycled fewer times.

In a power converter circuit having a plurality of insulated gate semiconductor devices, equalization of delay times for turning off the insulated gate semiconductor devices is achieved by controlling a charged stored in the capacitor of each gate control circuit based on detected collector-emitter voltages or detected emitter currents.
