The present invention relates to a process for preparation of aripiprazole crystal form II by recrystallizing aripiprazole in a mixture of acetone and 1-methoxy-2-propanol or a single solvent of 1-methoxy-2-propanol. The simple process according to the present invention can produce aripiprazole crystal form II with high purity and high yield in a mass scale.

A wavelength-converted light emitting diode (LED) chip is provided. The wavelength-converted LED chip includes an LED chip and a wavelength-converted layer. The LED chip emits light in a predetermined wavelength region. The wavelength-converted layer is formed of a resin containing phosphor bodies of at least one kind which convert a portion of the light emitted from the LED chip into light in a different wavelength region. The wavelength-converted layer is formed on an upper surface of the LED chip, and has a convex meniscus-shaped upper surface.

A position switch and a circuit breaker having a position switch are provided. Contact plates, each having an elastically variable height, may be provided between switch blocks and switch levers. A testing contact plate and a running contact plate may compensate for inferior dimensioning of the switch blocks and the switch levers. Such a configuration may allow a position of a breaker body to be quickly and accurately displayed and, further, may prevent damage of the position switch provided at the breaker body. Furthermore, such a configuration may prevent any connection inferiority between a terminal of the breaker body and a terminal of a cradle.

A home appliance and a home appliance system are provided. The home appliance may convert product information into an acoustic signal and externally output the same as a sound. The home appliance system may receive the sound, convert the same into the acoustic signal, and then inversely convert the acoustic signal into the product information and read the same. Accordingly, the home appliance may externally output the acoustic signal as the sound so that the user may be easily notified of transmission. Also, the home appliance system may easily transmit the sound to a management device to read the product information because the sound may be transmitted via a communications network.

A robot cleaner that cleans a cleaning region while traveling the cleaning region and a method to control the same are provided. The robot cleaner can uniformly clean a cleaning region based on a wall-following technique which allows the robot cleaner to travel along the outline of the cleaning region. The method selects, as a reference wall, a wall at a left or right side of the robot cleaner at a start position of the robot cleaner based on a left or right-based travel algorithm, which allows the robot cleaner to travel along a left or right wall, and controls the robot cleaner to travel the cleaning region in a zigzag travel pattern in which the robot cleaner moves a predetermined distance in a direction perpendicular to the reference wall at specific intervals along the selected reference wall while following the selected reference wall.

The present invention relates to a linear compressor which can provide greater power by changing a frequency at a high load. The linear compressor comprises a mechanical unit including a fixed member having a compression space therein, a movable member linearly reciprocated in the fixed member to compress a refrigerant sucked into the compression space, one or more springs provided to elastically support the movable member in the motion direction of the movable member, and a motor connected to the movable member to linearly reciprocate the movable member in the axial direction, and an electric control unit including a rectification unit receiving AC power and outputting a DC voltage, an inverter unit receiving the DC voltage, converting the DC voltage to an AC voltage according to a control signal, and supplying the AC voltage to the motor, a voltage sensing unit sensing the DC voltage output from the rectification unit, a current sensing unit sensing a current flowing between the motor and the inverter unit, and a control unit calculating a required voltage of the motor from the current from the current sensing unit, and generating a control signal for changing a frequency of the AC voltage converted by the inverter unit and applying the control signal to the inverter unit, if the required voltage is greater than the DC voltage of the voltage sensing unit.

Provided is a method and apparatus for encoding and decoding multi-view video data. The encoding method includes: decomposing each view image of the multi-view video into an overlapped region and a non-overlapped region, the overlapped region being overlapped with other view image and the non-overlapped region not being overlapped with other view image; generating a stitched image by combining the non-overlapped region of each view image and a middle view image; encoding the stitched image using a first encoding algorithm; and encoding the overlapped region of each view image, using a second encoding algorithm. Further, the decomposing step includes the steps of estimating disparity information for each view image, based on a predetermined view image; and decomposing each view image into said overlapped region and said non-overlapped region using the estimated disparity information.

In a clamping jig and system for inspecting spacer grids for a nuclear fuel assembly, the jig firmly and precisely clamps a variety of grids on a measurement stage moving at high speed so that, among constituent parts of the nuclear fuel assembly, the spacer grids can be inspected using a non-contact measurer. The clamping jig includes a frame having a plurality of holding recesses into which the corresponding spacer grids are inserted, supporting means mounted in each holding recess of the frame to allow each spacer grid to be adjusted from below so it can be maintained in a horizontal state, clamping means installed around each holding recess to clamp two adjacent sides of each spacer grid to a corner of the respective holding recess, and resilient means installed on the sides opposite the clamping means and resiliently supporting the other two sides of each spacer grid.
