摘要: A protective device is provided for protecting a turbo molecular pump having a rotor mounted for undergoing rotation, an intake port for sucking gas by rotation of the rotor, and an exhaust port for exhausting the gas sucked from the intake port. The protective device has a detecting device for detecting the occurrence of an abnormal phenomenon in the turbo molecular pump. An abnormal phenomenon inference device infers a type of the abnormal phenomenon detected by the detecting device. A value obtaining device infers a magnitude of damage given to the turbo molecular pump by the abnormal phenomenon inferred by the abnormal phenomenon inference device and obtains a value weighted based on the inferred magnitude of the damage. A value accumulation device accumulates the value obtained by the value obtaining device. A sum obtaining device obtains a sum of the values accumulated in the value accumulation device. A protecting device protects the turbo molecular pump in a case where the sum obtained by the sum obtaining device exceeds a predetermined value.

摘要: A composite-type electromagnet for a radial magnetic bearing has four composite-type electromagnet parts. Each part has four electromagnet cores formed of a magnetic material. The cores each have two protruding poles. A control coil is wound around each of the protruding poles and a biasing permanent magnet is disposed between each of the cores. The electromagnet cores and the biasing permanent magnets are in direct contact such that only a minute gap exists at a junction therebetween. A viscous material, adhesive material, or a magnetic fluid such as grease, having therein a material having high permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density is disposed in the minute gap so as to minimize magnetic flux leakage at the junction.

摘要: To reduce losses by exerting the exhaustion performance to the full extent when a temperature of a rotor blade is within an allowable value, and to lower a variation in an r.p.m. of a turbomolecular pump even with a change in the gas load to maintain the exhaustion performance. Further to prevent deterioration of the rotor blade caused by a heat generation when a temperature of a rotor blade exceeds an allowable value. A driver output set r.p.m. determining unit 5 determines a driver output which can be exerted to the maximum or a set r.p.m., in response to signals of rotor blade temperature sensor 1, an r.p.m. sensor 2, a motor current sensor 3, and an axial electromagnet current sensor 4 when the temperature of the rotor blade is within an allowable value. A driver output switching unit 6 changes over a turbomolecular pump driving output of a motor driver 8, in response to the signal of the driver output set r.p.m. determining unit 5. Further, an r.p.m. compensating unit 7 changes a driving r.p.m. of a turbomolecular pump.

摘要: A musical tone synthesizing apparatus at least comprises two loop circuits. Each loop circuit delays an input signal thereof by a delay time corresponding to a tone-pitch period of a musical tone to be produced while circulating the input signal therethrough. When the loop circuits are connected in series, an excitation signal is applied to one loop circuit, while an output signal of one loop circuit is supplied to another loop circuit. Then, the excitation signal is mixed together with the output signals of the loop circuits, so that a musical tone signal representing a synthesized musical tone is generated. The excitation signal is generated by mixing a noise signal and a musical-tone-waveform signal. When simulating the violin sounds, the noise signal is made based on a frictional sound which is caused due to a friction between a string and a bow. Incidentally, a filter can be provided to perform a filtering operation on each of the excitation signal and the output signals of the loop circuits. Further, an overflow detecting circuit can be provided to detect an overflow event in which a signal level of the signal circulating through each loop circuit exceeds a predetermined limit value representing the maximum value of the digital data, used in the apparatus, whose number of bits is determined in advance. When the overflow event is detected, an input level of each loop circuit is automatically adjusted. incidentally, the signal level can be visually indicated by indicators such as LEDs.

摘要: A musical tone synthesizing apparatus provides a closed loop containing an adder, a delay circuit, a filter and a gain control portion. The delay circuit has a delay time which is set responsive to a tone pitch of a musical tone to be produced. An excitation signal is produced in response to the musical tone to be produced and is introduced into the closed loop through the adder, so that the excitation signal circulates through the closed loop. The gain control portion is provided to control a loop gain of the closed loop on the basis of a preset parameter and another parameter which is controlled responsive to a tone color of the musical tone to be produced. The signal circulating through the closed loop is picked up as a musical tone signal representing the musical tone to be produced. By controlling the loop gain of the closed loop, an attenuation characteristic of the musical tone signal is controlled. Hence, it is possible to freely control a sounding time of a decay sound such as a guitar sound.

摘要: An elongated flexible tube is formed with a plurality of sealing lines transversely of the tube in spaced apart relationship, a discontinuous cut line in the middle of each of the sealing line transversely of the tube and a discontinuous cut line in the shape of a continuous wavelike curve positioned transversely of the tube at the middle of the portion defined by each two adjacent sealing lines. The wavelike cut line defines at least two crest portions at the opening of each of a pair of inner bags to be formed on the opposite sides of the wavelike cut line. The inner bags, thus formed in a great number in a continuous tubular arrangement, can be separated along the cut lines for use.
