摘要： Provided is a method for fabricating an organic semiconductor transistor having an organic polymeric gate insulating layer. The method includes forming an organic gate insulating layer on a substrate by a vapor deposition method using organic monomer sources, and causing a polymerization reaction to occur in the organic gate insulating layer to complete an organic polymeric gate insulating layer. Since the vapor deposition method, which is a low-temperature dry-type technique, is employed, the organic polymeric gate insulating layer can be uniformly formed on a large-area substrate by a simplified in-situ process.

摘要： Provided is a method for fabricating an organic semiconductor transistor having an organic polymeric gate insulating layer. The method includes forming an organic gate insulating layer on a substrate by a vapor deposition method using organic monomer sources, and causing a polymerization reaction to occur in the organic gate insulating layer to complete an organic polymeric gate insulating layer. Since the vapor deposition method, which is a low-temperature dry-type technique, is employed, the organic polymeric gate insulating layer can be uniformly formed on a large-area substrate by a simplified in-situ process.

The method of tracking a position of an eye includes converting an obtained image into a binary number image, classifying the corner of the eye, maximum and minimum values of a pupil of the eye, and extracting a feature point from the binary number image on which the binarization step is completed, calculating a distance and inclination between the corner and the pupil of the eye using the feature point extracted through the feature point extraction step, and determining a gaze direction of the eye based on the distance and inclination calculated through the distance and inclination calculation step.

摘要： A stacked semiconductor package having through electrodes that exhibit a reduced leakage current and a method of making the same are presented. The stacked semiconductor package includes a semiconductor chip, through-holes, and a current leakage prevention layer. The semiconductor chip has opposing first and second surfaces. The through-holes pass entirely through the semiconductor chip and are exposed at the first and second surfaces. A polarized part is formed on at least one of the first and second surfaces of the semiconductor chip. The through-electrodes are disposed within the through-holes. The current leakage prevention layer covers the polarized part and exposes ends of the through-electrodes.
