摘要: A vehicle door closure includes a door lock containing a closing element, an outer opening handle pivotally mounted in a holding plate or handle shell of the vehicle door, a coupling element connecting the door lock to the outer opening handle and a connecting device that connects the coupling element to the outer opening handle and compensates for tolerances between the door lock and the outer opening handle. The connecting device is arranged in the coupling element in such a way that it can be moved longitudinally and connected to the coupling element in a positive or non-positive fit manner during assembly of the outer opening handle, the connecting device being locked on the coupling element.

摘要: A method for controlling a vehicle seat adjuster in an adjusting path having a first mechanical stop and a second mechanical stop. A user sets an adjustment position of the adjuster inside the adjusting path. A protective stop is also automatically set in the adjusting path in the vicinity of the mechanical stops or another mechanical block blocking the adjusting path. The protective stop causes the adjusting motion to be reduced or stopped upon reaching of the protective stop. This helps produce a smooth braking of the vehicle seat and reduces the mechanical strain on the mechanical stops. The protective stop may be corrected with an updated protective stop. The updated protective stop is maintained despite any user action if a condition dependent on the adjusting motion of the adjuster is fulfilled. Learning regions within the adjusting path are provided to allow the setting of updated protective stops within the learning regions.

摘要: A motor vehicle door consisting of an outer door panel, an inner door panel and an inner door trim as well as a window pane which can be displaced by means of a window lift. The inner door panel supports functional units, such as a window lift, lock, door handle and/or a side airbag. At least one assembly opening is provided in the inner door panel which is sealed against moisture or spray water by such a functional unit. 摘要: Methods for enhancing the sliding performance of an adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat are disclosed. The adjusting device comprises a first rail and a second rail movably guided relative to the first rail. Friction-reducing members are disposed between the two rails in a bearing area. The geometry and dimensions of the friction-reducing members are precisely adjusted in accordance with the geometry and dimensions of the two rails in the bearing areas, which are measured separately. The friction-reducing members may be produced using additive manufacturing technology, with a geometry and dimensions precisely in accordance with the geometry and dimensions of the two rails. The friction-reducing members may also be produced using conventional injection molding, whereas the geometry and dimensions of the friction-reducing members are adjusted subsequently by varying the thickness of friction-reducing layers or coatings applied to outer surfaces of the friction-reducing members using e.g. ablative techniques.

摘要: A vehicle seat comprising a seat member and a backrest, wherein a belt connection is attached to or integrated into the upper end of the backrest, a mechanical coupling device is provided for coupling the backrest to the assembly for adjustment of the inclination of the seat member in the event of a collision. A triggering threshold is defined wherein the backrest is decoupled from the assembly under normal operating conditions, and wherein in a collision, when the triggering threshold is exceeded, the backrest pivots forwards and is finally coupled via the mechanical coupling device to the assembly, so that further pivoting of the backrest forwards triggers the assembly and causes the front region of the seat member facing away from the backrest to pivot upwards about a transverse axis.

An actuating shaft connected with the at least one fitting, which extends along a longitudinal axis, can be pivoted about its longitudinal axis for actuating the at least one fitting. An actuating element for pivoting the actuating shaft is connected with the actuating shaft via a pulling means. A force introduction means is provided, which is arranged on the actuating shaft and includes a first lever arm and a second lever arm, wherein the pulling means engages the first lever arm and the second lever arm, in order to introduce an actuating force into the actuating shaft.

The adjustment drive has a driver and is drive-coupled to the screen via the driver, a displacement guide being provided and the drive being guided by means of the displacement guide. The invention is characterized in that the adjustment drive and the displacement guide form a pre-assembled structural unit which as such can be coupled to the rest of the adjustment kinematics during final assembly.
